I asked for an hour late check out as my baby needed change and a shower before going to a long drive (we had a group staying with 8 rooms total, summing to around 4000 euro total) I think they could make the effort... Every thing I asked during the stay took a very long time. Regardless, Booking suggested that I order a taxi from the airport and asked for a baby seat, the driver confirmed he has one and then showed up without.
Very good breakfast, many options both sweet and salty. Very large bed Quiet rooms and completely dark.

Reception room staff rigid that they wouldn’t put the valid names of the occupants on the bill. we were sharing the room and will claim reimbursement. they kept ID for both though

great location, easy to access all types of transport into Barcelona City centre but also close enough to walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. we had a room with a nice view of the beach

Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice of cooked and non cooked items, as well as gluten free items. Also very clean breakfast area and staff clean the tables quickly and efficiently. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are modern and eco efficient, but there are no instructions as to how to open and close the blinds, and window shields. It was very weird and disconcerting to have the bathroom open to the room. Only discovered a button to lower a blind a day later. The room was too dark. Not enough light especially if one was reading in bed. Lovely to have a fridge and complimentary soft drinks which were replenished daily. Though no kettle in room. Lovely bath products in shower. Complimentary slippers as floor was cold and bare. Room service was advertised but no menu in room. Good size safe with place for a laptop.
