We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCleaning might need a bit more attention to detail: On the first day the room had a really bad smell from mopping. Also there were some kind of stains splattered on half of the bathroom door. We went back to the reception and informed them about the issues and they immediately took action and talked with the cleaners. Later we realised also that in the bathroom there were a few hairs in the shower.

Very large room with comfortable bed. Great pressure in the shower. Good location as lots of local restaurants and bars, but also easy walk to old town. Very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk.

The hotel is in a quiet location and we were able to walk all over the city. The lobby isn’t grand but I can attest that the staff were amazing! They gave us a lot of information and even helped us purchase train tickets using their computer. The room we had was very large and comfortable.

United KingdomGreat little modern hotel, located in the slightly quieter district of Gros. Plenty of places to eat and drink and a great beach nearby, and only a few minutes walk from the old town. The room was just right and we had a balcony as we were on the top (7th) floor. Large and comfortable bed and a great bathroom. All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
