There was a green color/rust on the shower heads and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom that suddenly came for 2 days and disappeared for 3 days then came back again

Despite requesting a second pillow each and more than 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel each for ten days ( changed once) so we wouldn't have to be washing them daily ) the request wasn't met .!

Location nice , nice views but it is located on top of the steep hill so car is needed to go food shopping or to the beach. Very nice pool at the property, never crowded.

The bathroom had a weird smell every now and again that I think was due to the drains. Also no buses go near the apartment and as we didn't have a car the walk from Amadores beach was quite a hill. This did not put me off, just something to be aware if you have mobility issues.

The apartment was large with an amazing view down to Amadores beach. The kitchen had all the facilities you need (including an oven) and there were little extras left which was handy (fairy liquid, cleaning supplies, coffee pods, water in the fridge). The shower was lovely and beach towels were supplied for the pool. Fantastic apartment.

Cleaner only came twice in our 26 day stay. This is not communicated. Just used the laundry to wash our towels but getting the bed changed only twice wasn’t sufficient. Pool area needs some attention - parasols and sun loungers broken.

Excellent large apartment with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher (tablets provided), plenty of pots and crockery. Bathroom has large walk in shower and drawers for storage. Lounge area again has storage and WiFi appears to have been upgraded so full streaming of Netflix etc works on tv. Double bedroom (sliding doors separate from lounge) has king size comfy bed, lots of hanging and drawer space. Second bedroom has single bed and we just used it to store our luggage etc. large furnished balcony with electric awning. Stunning views over Amadores and the sunsets are amazing. Communal laundry room was handy for our 26 day stay and is kept very clean. Location is super steep which was fine for us but wouldn’t suit everyone and taxis have become hard to get for some reason. Property manager was responsive and helpful (especially when we locked ourselves out!)

The steep walk up and down the hill.

Everything! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Towels provided for the pool. Also laundry facilities were amazing! Great value for money, and the apartment block was clean and quiet. Great location if you don't mind steep hill walks. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Overall...amazing place and a great holiday.

The WiFi connection for the TV was hard to establish. (For any app, like YouTube, Netflix.) When we asked the cleaning lady about it, she wanted to help us but didn’t know any word in English and apparently didn’t know anything about this TV and WiFi as well. At last, after a few days we solved the problem by ourselves. We stayed here for 10 days so we expected cleaning service at least twice in this period for 128€ /night. As we found out at the first day - cleaning was about to happen every 4-5 days or as we demand. In reality - the cleaning lady came only on the 8th day after we arrived and only after we demanded it. If you plan to stay here, you should consider renting a car cause otherwise you will have to go up a quite steep hill to get here every day. We did it and don’t regret it at all.

The view outside of the spacious terrace was better than we expected. The pool was always fresh and clean, and what’s even better - never crowded. We never happened to share it with other guests. There’s a space for car. Laundry room is available at any time. Fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment could do with some more mirrors especially in the bedrooms also and a full length mirror. Also a bedside table lamp and some extra pillows in the single room.

The apartment was very new and the pool and outdoors area were a great addition. It was clean and the area felt very safe. The beds were comfortable not the usual hard ikea mattress that can be found frequently in air bnb . The communication with owner was good and frequent. The towels and linen were changed mid week which was very appreciated. The instructions to get there and details for entry were clear and easy to follow. The location is on a hill.

The drawers and cupboard doors could do with repairs and it would take very little to fix. another bedside table and light would help

I think it is strange that there was no cleaning during my stay - it was very clean when we arrived, but we did not get any cleaning during the 6 days we stayed. Actually my brother stayed in an appartment in the same house, but run by another host and they got cleaning every second day. So strange to have different rules for appartments in the same house.

The location is exellent - having the sun from the morning and being able to see the sunset was really what I wanted. The locking of the front door is strange. We left the keys at the inside of the front door and closed the door and then we were not able to open the door with the second key. The host came and sorted things out and was very friendly, but the locking system is strange, and there was no note on not leaving the keys in the door.

Size of apartment facilities and furnishings. Parking and location excellent. Major supermarket. MERCODONA about 6 mins by car great choice and prices. Pool is brilliant with no crowds you are virtually on your own most of time.

The property was disappointing. It wasn’t clean, and there was only one set of towels provided. The washing machine was shared with multiple apartments and located downstairs, raising concerns about infection control. Additionally, the drawer and dishwasher were rusty and unsafe to use. The bathroom was run-down and in need of maintenance. The staff service was also poor. We were asked to complete a registration form and told someone would come on a specific day, but they didn’t show up. Instead, they arrived the following day without respecting our time or privacy.

We were there for 6 nights and there was no in between cleaning though they did change the towels after 3 nights which was a little weird.

The location and views were exceptional from the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with one child.

It's not really a 4-bed apartment, more like 3+1. If you want to use the extended bed, you have to move out the drawer in the living room, because the bedroom is so little. No wardrobe, just hangers. 4 large and 4 small towels -all green- without any wall hangers, we dried them on the chairs and got confused who used which one. Different coloring and some hooks would have been nice. Somebody replaced the lock without a notification on the 4th day, while all our values were in the apartment, the landlord called us AFTER they changed the lock, not before, so it was not cool. The kitchen drawers need to be fixed, they open hardly and loudly. The kettle leaks water. The sofa looks nice, but not comfortable - the apartment needs an L-shaped sofa or armchairs, because the one there is small for 4 people. One of the glass sliding doors was hanging from the ceiling, without any rails underneath, looked unsafe, we didn't use it - in hope it doesn't fall down. Netflix and other apps don't work, no apps can be downloaded, screen casting was not an option either -- I called the landlord who told me this is how it is. The hotspot internet disconnected every 24hrs on every device -- very annoying. We haven't met the landlord at all, we just showed ourselves in and out.

Truly amazing view from a large balcony, top floor. The line of sight couldn't have been any better on Amadores Beach. The apartment is newly built, kitchen machines are functional, AC blows warm air too, the folding arm awnings were nice while the sun was up, the shower was clean and modern, the pool was like on the pictures. The whole apartment complex was nice, glass everywhere, very modern.

As we have already been at this apartment, we wanted to book it also for our parents. The first problem was when we came to the apartment, it was a different apartment than the one in the photos and the one we have stayed in before. We have complained about this, so they gave us the keylock code to the original apartment, which has better views. So when you book, check the photos. The major problem was that for the first 5 days the Internet was not working, the owner/property manager was deliberately not picking the phone, not answering text messages, messages on booking and not communicating with us. Finally when we got in touch with them, we have explained that our parents need the Internet for work, so they had to pay every day each 33€ (together 66€*5days = 330€ without VAT, so with VAT it was 396€) for mobile Internet abroad from their phones. Since we were really angry and desperate as they were not communicating with us, the property manager has promised us that the owner will bring to us a new satellite Internet and will reimburse us with 350€ for the Internet after our stay. The next day the owner brought the new router and placed it in the apartment (he came there without our knowledge and when we were not present there), but at that moment we did not care as we really needed an Internet connection for work. After our stay, again no communication and after several messages they told us to send a proof of payment - invoice from our mobile operator. We have sent them the invoice but to this day we have not received the promised reimbursement of 350€ and of course again no communication (we have sent the invoice in November 2022). So even tough the apartment is nice, we will never come back and prepare yourself that if something happens or you need help, they will not pick up the phone and communicate with you. Very disappointed with this experience!

The apartment has nice views and it is in great location. You can see the most popular beach Playa Amadores from your balcony. This was the second time that we have been here, so that is why we chose this apartment also for our parents. However it was a mistake because the owner and the property managers did not respond to our calls, text messages or messages on booking.
