Apartamentos Caballero de Garcia is very, very good in every way. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a huge smile and welcoming from Juan. he took us through the apartment and explained tourist sights, shop, bars and restaurants. the apartment is centrally located and easy walking distance to numerous tourist attractions ,shops and metro. The tapas bar located next door is very good to visit. we spent a number of afternoons there with great service from Johnny and the owner - always welcomed. The staff at the apartment were very attentive. the area is safe and quiet - couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Madrid and highly recommend to other travellers

The apartment is located in the very center of Madrid, so it's a bit noisy at night, but it didn't bother us. The service was at a high level. I will recommend to friends.

The apartment is beautiful - very well laid out, incredibly clean and well furnished. The location is amazing - literally a 2 minute walk from Gran Via, yet the apartment was very quiet especially at night - we slept wonderfully there. The host, Juan, is an absolute gentleman. He speaks little English, I speak little Spanish - but we understood each other perfectly. He was very helpful with us having a late checkout, gave me great tips on restaurants and places to see when I arrived, and kept in touch during our stay. If Booking.com gave ratings for hosts, Juan would be 5⭐. I cannot rate this apartment - or it's host - highly enough. We had a wonderful stay here and will happily return.

Only one thing, sofa-bed is not comfortable even for the children. It makes lots of noise.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Nice located, every where by walking in 10 or 15 minutes. Nearby Gran Via but very calme and high security with security camera. Juan is very kind person who is ready to answer for clients. Better than I thought. I highly recommend this apartment without hesitating. Everything is perfect!

From the moment I arrived I felt absolutely comfortable. Juan made me feel welcome from minute 1. The studio was lovely. It is really Fully equiped if you are planning to cook/wash/ etc. Everything was super clean and the location was AMAZING. I would really choose it again if coming back to Madrid.

From my first contact with Juan to the last moment of my stay this apartment was wonderful. Having requested an early check-in Juan told me to come directly from the Airport and if the apartment wasn't ready he would store my luggage until check-in time. Not only was my apartment ready early but Juan also presented me with a welcoming bottle of wine !!! The apartment location is second to none. Although on a very quiet side street, with no traffic, you can actually see the Gran Via metro stop from the balcony, just meters away. The entrance to the building is secure, the interior is stylish and there is a lift. The apartment itself is very spacious for a studio with a large, comfortable double bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom with a bath and a walk-in dressing room. large french windows open to a small balcony. The decor is stylish and it is the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. Juan is a magnificent host. From his office on the ground floor, together with his team, he maintains the apartments to the highest standards and is always available if you require assistance. He is a genuinely caring and considerate person and will go out of his way to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Juan is definitely one of life's good guys. When you consider the location and high standards of this apartment it is without doubt the best value for money in Madrid.

Everything was extremely comfortable, the location was great and very central. The accommodation was clean and the owner was super kind explaining us local area, must go places as well as attractions and best restaurants :) I DEFINITELY reccomend this place!!

Juan was very friendly and welcoming and he gave us tips about the main attractions in Madrid and also how to get to the airport quickly. He also gave us a bottle of wine on our arrival. The location is very closed to Gran Via and we could go everywhere by foot.

Everything was great. The only thing I'd say to improve is that the kitchen was good but lacked a kettle and cooking basics such as oil, salt, etc. which would've been useful as we didn't want to buy such items for just a 2-day stay.

Unbeatable location! Host was exceptional, he is very friendly and adapted to our schedule. Let me leave my luggage there on my last day after check-out and gave recommendations of the city. Large room with comfy bed and excellent AC! Would 100% recommend!
