United KingdomHotel is located about 8 minutes drive from the airport. Room was decent size; bed comfortable; daily cleaning service provided. Perfect place to stay for short break in Barcelona with very friendly and helpfull personel. Next to the hotel is shopping center which is handy as well.

SloveniaEverything was good but the day we needed to come they cancelled my reservation and we i tried to contact them by booking they didn’t respond. Once i was very mad i needed to call them (i’m from another country) and then they fixed my reservation. The location from the main attractions is not that convenient, it’s a long walk and drive to there with metro/bus/walking. Taxi’s are expensive.

IndiaThey don’t serve you dinner despite you stay for a 4 full nights. That’s because they have bigger group to cater to and you are a solo customer, you walk down to nearby mall food court and dine. Even if they allow, the restaurant staff said, you can dine fast and leave before the big group comes for dinner. It’s pathetic way of treating guests. This is disappointing when you shell out close to €200 per night. This is just poor business without hospitality. When you are tired of the day and want to finish a dinner quick and get to bed, this is not the hotel as you need to walk down to a mall food court for food. You will be denied of dinner at restaurant.
