The fact we were on the 4th floor with outside corridors to get to the room. Having a fear of heights was a bit worrying for me. No kettle and mugs in the room.

Closeness to the AP7 because we were enroute to France. The food in the restaurant was excellent the 3 course set menu delicious. it was a 9 out of 10 and only because it could have been a bit hotter.

The property itself is rather old with room access from the outside of the building rather than inside like most hotels.

The location was good for access back to the highway for our trip.

We felt that the charge for a dog is totally unreasonable at €20! We stayed there before when it was a Campanile and only paid €7. The hotels we stayed at for the rest of our journey only charged €5-€7. We will not stay there again

Very expensive to take a tiny Chihuahua 20€ to put her bed in room for 1 night it makes the publicised price for stay not realistic. other hotels are free or much less expensive. Breakfast was poor not a good selection at all for €10 per person. The gentleman running bar was excellent. The 2 ladies on reception in morning were also wonderful.not a friendly welcome on arrival in evening. We were told we would be charged if any marks or dog hairs were found on departure. On inspection by us the beds were badly stained already.This hotel was much better when run by Campanile

I didn’t like that I had to sign a disclaimer for the dog. It was not a rule by travellodge but a rule by the manager. Felt very insulted. In the many many years of travelling with the dog. This was a first !!

The room was way too antiquated, the pillows were horrible, they only had a thin blanket on the bed (we had to ask for more), the bathroom was old, the noise from the road was too much, walls were thin, almost no accessibility to the hotel, no public transport nearby

The staff were welcoming and helped us find the best way out of the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Barcelona town around 30 to 40min away. El prat airport taxi cost you €70 .

The hotel is 5 min walk to shopping centre for you to go around and get some food. The room is ok . Even it's quite old fashion. The staff so helpful thank you 😊

The hotel is old and not clean outside and there are a lot of “strange” people around. For this reason we had to take the parking for our car as we didn’t feel safe living it outside

It can be seen that the hotel equipment is older, but the room was clean and the staff friendly. We traveled with a big dog (40 kg) and they had no problem with it.

It was too far from accomdations and there’s no means of transportation to get to barcelona the only way is the train which is far from the hotel approximately 40 min walking dangerously by the highway and you may get stopped by the police telling it’s forbidden , in the other hand you have to take a taxi every single day.

A little explanation that the keycard should be used for lightning was not mentioned. But then we called and every thing was fine. .

Friendly, clean, bed was wonderfull. No complaints actually. They called to the room to mention they forgot to return ID.

The evening dinner menu is not particularly exciting. 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 puddings as a choice on the hot menu. Unless you chose salads or tapas. And not particularly appetizing. Having gone up two flights with my bags, I found that my key card did not work. The receptionist was less than friendly when I came all the way down again with my bags to report it. This problem seems to happen a lot in Campanile hotels for some reason.

The Bathroom was lovely and clean. There was a bath with over shower which was very powerful and there was heaps of hot water. Plenty of towels too. Underground car park is perfect, for anyone carrying personal items with them which they leave in the car.
