Seemed a bit expensive for the time of year. Sauna area was not included in the room rate.

Very well finished rooms. A La Carte breakfast had good gluten- and dairy-free options. Location was central yet quiet. Roof terrace was nice on sunny days and the garden part of the restaurant was beautiful.

Beautiful boutique hotel, cleverly done. Lovely room, quiet calm pool areas with a choice between the heated swimming pool tucked away from the bustle of the city with birdsong in the shade of the garden trees and the cool rooftop plunge pool with views across Palma. We enjoyed the Spa with superb treatments by Jaz All completely glorious but the best bit was the fantastic staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The concierge team especially! Thank you Can Bordoy.

Our specific room was quite dark and noisy but am sure other rooms were more spacious which we would love to experience on our next visit to Palma.

The outstanding care of guests overrides everything else at this hotel (even including getting us to the airport) Huge thanks to the management and Chris. Botanic restaurant, garden, ambience, location. Diptyque products. Highly recommend this hotel and dinner at Botanic

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms (suites) vary quite a bit in terms of style and size within the same room category (we moved rooms due to an issue with the air-con, so saw two), so you can feel like you are getting more value for your money in some rather than others! Hotel is well maintained and stylish and the location perfect for exploring.

The attitude of all the staff was exceptional, the restaurant menu and service also. A wonderful return visit, I was greeted as a friend and all inquiries regarding excursions, restaurant bookings and transport were attended to with superb attention and care. Again a truly special holiday in this beautiful hotel.

Vanity counter is not very user friendly for putting make up on.

Excellent location, very close to shopping and nice restaurants. Cozy setting with nice garden and terrace. Breakfast is good. Helpful and warm staff. We arrived early, they tried hard to check us into the room by noon. Waitress remember our drink preference. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. Hotel is pure magic in the old city center. An oasis of pure delight. Staff are excellent. Had diner at the Botanic, exquisite. Great wines and cocktails. Garden is a true gem. Will definitely return.

The floor upstairs is a bit noisy, I can hear people walking around early in the morning. I can understand that this is because the building is not new.

You do NOT need to put curry into every type of food, be it in the nuts, the chicken sandwich or the Potatohead……PLEASE!

It was thoughtfully designed like an upscale luxury home with a shady garden and beautiful pool in the back as well as a lounge/pool on the rooftop. The staff was exceptionally attentive.
