United KingdomThe restaurant in the hotel had a very poor standard. The first night I had the agneau milanaise which was dry and overcooked with undercooked potatoes and the hamburger was too much. We didn’t eat there after the first night. The spa was poor with no sauna steam room etc. The pool looked beautiful but to have to pay was a bit much.

SpainWe really don’t have much to add here. The breakfast was great but I would have love to have a few more variety in the buffet section. Again, this is not even a complaint, just a suggestion. The hotel gets 10 star rating from us.
We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Room was spacious and had a beautiful Mountain View. We wanted to make a highlight regarding the cocktail bar which was hosted by a highly qualified award winning mixologist Valentina. Seriously, don’t miss going there and trying out Rey Salomon. It’s close to Candanchu ski resort too, just 5-10 mins away… so that’s another plus

United KingdomCheck in was awful . 25-30 minutes. Too much time spent explaining the facilities to each client. All the information was on the brochure we were given.no food available between 5and8 pm. This is a 3star hotel not a 5 star hotel.
Food was poor, overpriced. Staff did not know what table orders were for.cocktail bar mixologist was excellent, very professional competent and friendly. She should train the rest of the staff.

He ordered us to move it in a very unpleasant words. It took away the charm of our arrival. He was right about the way we parked, but he could have said it differently. Also, It was the first time we paid for hotel parking that wasn't covered. To be honest, I don't see the need to pay for parking, considering that depending on the time of year you go, you can find good places to park near the hotel with no cost.
The hotel is wonderful, it is a true 5star hotel, with all the attention, care and comfort that one should have. If we have to highlight one very positive point, it is definitely the food. The quality and flavor are unquestionable. In addition to the breakfast and tapas that we ate at the hotel, we also booked the Christmas dinner, and everything was very good. We will definitely be back.

The reception at the Royal Hideaway were excellent, and even helped rebandage an injury I sustained in Barcelona. They also allowed me to sit in tge "Hotel Guests inly" area after I had checked out and was waiting for the return train/bus to Zaragoza. After reading the dress code, it appears that they flexibly "imposed" the dress code as it was not high season.

PhilippinesA lack of windows on the top floor of the duplex suite was a bit strange, windows in the rooms were generally small. Smell of the plumbing gets a bit pronounced at night. Our room phone was not working as well. Also the rooms were generally hot I guess this had to do with the transitioning to another season .
Amazing unforgettable bucket list stay in a repurposed old train station nestled in the mountains. Staff were professional and excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable,automatic toilets in the room were nice.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, the attention to detail in the refurbishment is second to none. Not one thing has been overlooked. The rooms are very comfortable and the communal areas are excellent.
