Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were by car and needed parking, they have one close by for 20euros a day, however we had quite some luggage and it’s a bit difficult to unload luggage in front of hotel, cause there’s no parking space. Also, you can hear works outside early in the day so woke up with quite some noise at 7am
Nice spacious and clean family rooms, bathrooms were also spacious. We didn’t have a pet but they were also pet friendly. Breakfast was good for 10 euro’s pp

Easy walking distance from the bus station or bus stop 30 second walk away. Lovely hotel, friendly and pleasant reception staff with quick, no nonsense check in. Excellent WIFI connection. Room was very clean and spacious, excellent hot shower. Very nice chamber maids, always said hello and very helpful. Unable to comment on breakfast as did not have but another couple of friends stayed and they did and said lots of choice and excellent. 10 minute walk to Real Sociedad football stadium one way and 15 minute walk (if that) to the old town for so much choice of bars/food. Little supermarket 3 minute walk away and lots of lovely little bakeries dotted all around

Very clean and spacious rooms, located in a nice neighbourhood though a good 25 min walk to the old town, parking nearby. Nice surf vibe. Very practical for a stopover in this beautiful city and good value for money.

- no cups, glasses and spoons in the room, only paper cups and wooden stick. Didnt bother me at all for one night but I may understand why people complain if they stayed longer and paid high price during the season.
- fast check in and check out, friendly staff - dogs allowed, dog bed is available, pleasure to have this attention - spacious modern room, big bed, everything is clean - great value for money but as a side note we were out of season

oddly - there was no bathroom door - toilet stall had frosted glass door, but shower was clear glass - no had to manage privacy

Far to the parking, about 200m, there is no possibility to park the car in the front of the hotel to take off luggages. Parking paid additionaly. Long distance to the downtown.

A little bit of noice in the room, like constant flowing of water. But pretty light, so it did not affect our sleep
Very spacious room, big bed, lovely shower, good location, 15 minute walk to center, 5 minutes to train station, supermarket and restaurants all around

Would be nicer to have a bathroom that's totally separated from the room, if you share the room. Next to busy road, so can get a little loud
Big rooms, good value for money, attentive staff. Great shower, amenities provided. Fridge, coffeemaker, this hotel deserves a few more stars. Location is in-between city and football stadium, so great choice if you want to visit both. It's both walkable.
