Room is congested. Beds are too close to each other. Time to check out is too early. If I can check in only 15:00, why should I check out by 11:00 on my last day. It should be at least 2pm.

The wifi connection didn’t reach the room on 5th floor. Idk if it was done on purpose, but it was impossible to use wifi in the room. I had to go to the stairwell where the elevator is and connect to the internet there.

The location is very great, like 1-2 min to metro, 2-4 min to Plaça Cataluña, which is very convenient. The reception and cafe stuff were polite. Working a/c, pretty ok bathroom in shared room. They provide a blanket with no fee, which is good. U can keep your luggage (2items) there until 9pm (I guess) for €3.

We were assigned room 309, but our cards did not work at this door. I thought we maybe had gotten access to room 304 since on the paper it looked like 304. We had access to that room and there were people sleeping there. We went back and got access to the right room. This made us feel very uncomfortable keeping valuables and sleeping in the room.

For the cheap price it’s great location, it’s very clean and the beds were better then expected.

The Bunk beds are without curtains so you don't have privacy at all, the beds are lack of shelves so you need to improvise how you manage your personal stuff, the shower is fine but Very small and without any place to put the soaps, the room was clean..but it could be better.

The location, the cafeteria is very big and well designed, the rooftop bar in the evenings, the staff is very kind and helpful .

Overall cleanliness in the bathrooms was not good

I would definitely recommend this hostel due to its location. Its in the prime location. The staff is friendly. The room was having air-conditioned. They provided us extra blankets as it was getting cold due to ac and we also took Iron from them.

towels, lockers etc all came at an extra charge which is standard in a lot of hostels but still a bit annoying. also, none of the key cards for my room worked so we all had to keep knocking to get let in or go downstairs for a new card every time we wanted to get inside. this was probably just unlucky though and a problem that they'll have fixed by the time anyone else goes to stay here.

location was great, check in was easy, there was a nice social area on floor two with a bar/restaurant and a rooftop terrace so lots of nice aspects to the hostel

The cleaning facillities only operate on coins but the hotel is cashless so you're on your own for payment, the driers are very slow and need multiple cycle to have any chance of doing more than leaving your clothes both hot and still wet. The breakfast offering is best ignored, there's much better restaurants around that are open sooner for the same price.

The location is great for tourists, the single rooms are well cooled and the balconies have a nice view. The rooftop bar is nice, not too expensive and chill in the day with it getting more lively at night. The hostel vibe is nice, there was lot of fun people around.

The shower was tiny. The pillows were essentially flat. There were no paper towels in the bathrooms, so you had to rent a towel if you wanted to dry your hands. The price was far too high for the room I got because they raised the prices for Primavera Festival and the F1. I imagine that usually the price is more reasonable.

The common room was nice and the location was fantastic. The left luggage was also reasonably priced and very convenient.
