The claim themselves like classless hostel vut they don't accept Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. Every basic stuff that should be included cost 3 euros: a towel, leaving stuff after checkout, a lock for your locker in room. So basically they suggest you to leave your private stuff in a room full of strangers unless you want to pay for a basic service extra. Plus they don't provide any blankets and AC works like crazy so at night you'll be shivering from cold (and I'm not the type who can get cold easily). Shower is also horrible, you can't wash yourself without wetting your hair.

If there is zero rate i'll give ! 1- the card that open all the doors always not working and needs to be activated many times a day ! So that's so annoying . 2- the bathrooms are not clean , the showers works by pressing the tap by pressure, so the tap switched off every 5 seconds during the shower so u press it again to work . 3- The elevators are so slow so everytime you want to go up or down you have to wait at least 3-4 minutes . 4- No kitchen to make your own food , only the hostel's kitchen , so no refrigerator or at least microwave . 5- the lights for the bed is not working .

they took a city tax that they didn’t inform about before, they are charging so much for towel and laundry, showers were so bad that taking a shower was a real struggle, location is perfect but i wouldn’t recommend it..

Kind staff 🥰 The position is perfect, right in the centre of the city so that you can easily reach any place :) my bed was comfortable and the room was clean ! I would suggest this hostel!

Pepe, the bartender on the rooftop bar was such an awesome guy, we had many awesome chats and chill times up there with him, fantastic guy, give him a raise. Staff were super friendly and helpful, always chatty and giving their own suggestions and real advice about the city. Showers and bathrooms were fine.

Nobody inside was friendly or helpful with anything, I did Check in at 4am in the morning paying 300 euros for a bad and small room. and at 10 am they knocked my door 15 times to tell me I need to leave , even tho I asked for late check out they said was fine when I was paying

The graveyard front desk men were extremely rude to us on May 20, 2023 at 2:00 am. The one from Venezuela with curly fake blonde hair was very unprofessional when we asked for our bags. Even though they made a mistake regarding our bags, he mocked me and my son and his co-worker, a bald Spanish man, defended him, creating an unpleasant experience and they never apologized for their mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional, inmature and arrogant, perhaps because it's a popular hostel with travelers, but this doesn't give them the right to treat their guests in a condescending, almost racist manner, The two men "ganged up" on us. I hope the administration takes the necessary disciplinary actions against these two men. Also, it took the staff almost our entire stay to fix the non-functioning TV remote controls. We paid close to $500 USD for 3 nights for the staff to act as if it wasn't their problem the remotes weren't working. These weren't Smart TVs either.

I traveled from 16 to 18th of May. The location was 3 minutes away from railway station which helps you to get to Al prat airport in 30 minutes. All important places to visit were nearby and food points too. The room and toilet were clean and tidy. Roommates were also nice and quite. Haven’t make any noise. Suggestion: if you have problem with room key just ask the reception

the beds are squeaky, the bathrooms are shared between a lot of other rooms bunker beds as well. Me and my girlfriend were given beds in different rooms

cold shower. elevator barely works. bed is filthy. the fact u need to pay extra for luggage after check out is absurd and not customer friendly. i have an medical issue for my foot and i litterally had to bet them for a lower bunk bed. In general it is soooo overpriced for what u get. Not comming back here.

it was really clean in general, the rooms & showers and toilets. cafeteria and rooftop was cozy. staff is super sweet expecially in the rooftop. i really liked this hostel. most important everything was actually clean
