the rooms/hallways were dated and shabby and could do with an upgrade as they didn’t seem at the same level as the rest of the lovely facilities like the pool area. Bedroom could do with an update and the beds

Air-conditioning was week. And hotel seriously lacking cleaning. Floors in rooms need to be mopped not just brushed. The veranda outside our rooms need to be hosed down and cleaned. Never while we were there. You see the amount of dirt on your feet. Even a brush could of done. It's a shame because it's a very nice arof the hotel the roof terrace. Was there for five days. On the forth day had to ask them to clean all the bird poo up outside me room as I thought it would get done.

Pool small but with the beach on your doorstep it didn’t really bother us. Feel the V.I.P area is a bit of a wasted space.

Location is perfect, right on the beach! You have everything on your doorstep here and the bars and restaurants on the beachfront are lovely! Hotel was clean and rooms had great storage. Sea view from balcony is fabulous. Breakfast varied and good. Staff helpful especially the lady on reception through the day. Will definitely return!

Travelled with my best friend for a short girly break. Lovely hotel, great location, beautiful view to wake up to every morning. Staff were ever so friendly and always incredibly helpful. Breakfast was basic but good. We had a room with a direct access to the solarium and it was lovely. Had a glass of wine on the loungers every evening after the beach and before we went out for dinner. Definitely recommend.

The water and sewage system and sound proofing system between the rooms is not up to the modern standards.

Perfect sea view and beach in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, everybody was smiling and taking care to make the best holiday possible. :). Food was also great.

We were a family of 8 that booked 2 family rooms. The rooms were fabulous with amazing sea views and right on the promenade where my father went off for hours every day on his scooter. On our first evening there we had a medical emergency, the hotel were amazing to deal with and organised doctors to come to the hotel on 2 separate occasions. An ambulance was then needed and the family member spent most of the week in hospital. Throughout the stay the hotel were very good to us and we really appreciate it. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

Jacuzzi opened a day late and didn't get particularly hot.

Location and the room are everything. I really enjoyed the terrace and the convenience of being able to go back and forth between the beach and the room. The staff were nice. Rooms were cleaned well.

The evening meal could have better, The food was never quite hot enough and the plates needed to be hotter. But the restaurant staff. We’re lovely and very helpful if you needed anything. The manager the tall lovely lady,was lovely and always smiling. a special mention to Santi from the pool area,a really lovely young man and nothing was to much trouble,and also the young man behind the bar who is always smiling.

The room was lovely and clean and Maria our room cleaner was lovely,and helped with every thing we asked of her.a really lovelyl lady. The room location was lovely. The breakfasts was ok but parts of the service could have been better.
