My room was spotless but very disappointed with the sunbathing Terrence with the hot tubs as only one was working and no cleaning was done for the few days I was there! Beds and tables in the same position for the few days and ground was filthy!

The view was the best thing about this hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the views are amazing.All the staff throughout the hotel are welcoming and friendly and really made you feel comfortable. The young man who is the lifeguard is lovely ,courteous ,helpful and respectful a credit to the hotel .The food is lovely with plenty of choice and you also get great views across the bay from the dining room. Hotel room on the sixth floor was great with a good shower and toiletries plus a kettle . The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The pool area was good with a warm pool but didn’t get the sun all day . There is also a large solarium area with sunbeds and day beds plus two jacuzzis ( which where a little cold for this time of the year)on a higher decking area.The hotel is right on the promenade and a minute from the beach. You can walk one way to Palma Nova and then out of the reception area and go up the road to Magaluf . I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to go again in the future.

Stayed at the hotel with my 10 year old daughter for a week for our easter break. Already online looking to book again for next year. Location is fantastic, close by shops restaurants bars and an Aldi not too far. Staff were very helpful & enthusiastic. Good selection of breakfast food. We didn't have dinner so can't comment on that. Our room had a sea view which was beautiful. If you are thinking of booking this hotel do it. Fridge in room, if you want to keep drinks snacks cold. You won't be disappointed we had a great time.

Excellent stay, very good breakfast, impeccable service, fair price. Free parking, champagne reception. the hotel is very well located and has many restaurants and markets nearby. the beach is beautiful and super peaceful.
