SwedenThough it is very very nice, I feel it is missing a few things to make it 5⭐️. Our room was quite small, no coffee/tea kettle in the room, there is only one chair in the room so someone has to sit on the bed at all times… no room to hang two towels anywhere in the room/bathroom.
Very nice, stylish hotel. Nice staff (Corina was the best!!), quiet, very clean. If you are lucky to get a room with a pool view, even better. Breakfast was good, and they provide car rental services at the reception.

SpainMy friends’ room faced a side street which would’ve been fine except they were woken up by loud and persistent drilling. At times the service by the pool was lacking - ideally there would be someone there all the time if it’s busy, but we waited 30+ minutes to order. The staff were mostly nice but there’s a couple of times we wish they would stop making excuses. We were not told that the sauna had to be booked in advance, so we went to find it turned off, asked reception to turn it on, but they didn’t let us know it would be 1-1.5h until it was warm and blamed us for not booking it in advance. One of the days we ordered lunch to the pool and were told it would be 20-30 minutes. When 50 minutes later I asked where the food was, a different staff member very rudely responded that what they meant was 20-30 minutes to place the order in the first place. Would be great to just get an “I’m sorry for the wait, I will check on the order, would you like to order a drink in the meantime?” instead of excuses in a rude tone.
Incredibly designed hotel! From the moment you enter reception, to the restaurant and bar area, the pool and terrace and the rooms, every detail is thought through. The rooms are quite spacious, mine had a view to the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Also had cocktails by the pool which were great. The pool is for guests-only during the day and we never found it too crowded and always found space. Hotel is on a quiet street but in the city centre, and all the restaurants we had booked were a maximum 10 minute walk away. Perfect spot to explore Palma!

IrelandThe pool area is small so at the height of summer every sun bed was taken up. This wouldn't be a problem in May/Sept I guess. The smaller rooms are tight so move up a level as much as your budget will allow.
A beautiful hotel in the heart of old Palma. Excellent location on a quiet street just minutes stroll from good shops, bars and restaurants. Wonderful design, high levels of comfort and fitout. Everything is very well thought of. Very friendly and attentive staff. A beautiful old building. A great sense of calm about the place that makes you relax the minute you walk in the door. I will definitely go back if I get the chance to visit Palma again.

United KingdomThe only thing for me was at breakfast ( breakfast included in our night stay ) was handed a menu which had a small choice of cooked items , ordered an egg Benedict and I asked the waitress to confirm that the eggs were poached , her English wasn’t very good so I don’t think she understood . So I got eggs Benedict as well as another two poached eggs , then was handed a bill to pay 5 euros as which was voided as I explained I didn’t ask for both , she didn’t understand what I was asking but still don’t think they should be charging as should be included in the breakfast !
Beautiful hotel our room had access to the roof top pool which was a lovely touch , staff were lovely and friendly .
