For some reason the window from the shower to the bedroom was normal glass with no privacy. We are not sure if we just didn’t figure out the trick to blur it or if there is none

Some of the reception staff in particular seems a bit aloof and unfriendly. Everyone else working in the hotel was absolutely fantastic though

It would be great if they had more reserved day beds at the beach. We never had any trouble getting one, but it felt a bit stressful. Also it would be nice if the daybeds had more shade in the afternoon or more mobile umbrellas. And the (non-breakfast) coffee could be better. This are very very nitpicky things and I am forced to write something here. This place was truly one of my best holidays.

This was amazing. I have not had such a luxurious experience before. We decided to do three nights out in Conil and found the place truly above and beyond. Best holiday. My partner was enthralled. The entire breakfast was sublime. The staff was all very nice. The peach yogurt at breakfast.

I booked a package that included both breakfast and lunch, expecting a variety of meals. However, I was disappointed to find out that the lunch options were limited to a specific à la carte menu, with certain dishes, like paella, not included unless you paid extra. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking, leading to unexpected charges. Given the extra cost I paid for lunch, I expected more variety and value, but I often found myself eating the same food each day. I was so dissatisfied that I ended up skipping lunch at the hotel for two days and opted to eat in town instead. My advice: save your money and skip paying extra for lunch—it’s just not worth it. The inconsistency in service was another issue. Depending on the waiter, you might be denied certain dishes. For instance, when I asked for tiramisu, a waiter told me it was only for two people, and as I was solo, I wasn't "allowed" to order it. Which left me speechless given how small the portion was. It felt unfair that a waiter could dictate what I was allowed to order, despite having paid a significant amount for the lunch package.

Despite my disappointment with the lunch, there were many aspects of the hotel that I enjoyed. The service at the front desk was exceptional—always polite, attentive, and eager to help. The pool area was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with excellent facilities. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, keeping everything spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious spread that I looked forward to each morning. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning decor and architecture that added to the overall charm. These elements made my stay enjoyable, despite the issues I faced with lunch.

Absolutely stunning hotel from the location to the aesthetic. Staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating and it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Service and no vegan or intolerance facilities to choose in a menu. Also half board it’s not all inclusive , you must pay separately for your drinks and some food discounted . It’s not first line to the beach just close .

I liked it that it’s fresh, just refurbished and adults only . Good place to relax and do nothing .
