Nice comfortable room. Good breakfast, and bar. Staff were friendly. They put a bottle of bubbly and glasses in room with a happy birthday card, very nice touch. Great location for transport, nice area to walk around.

The room was very clean but the view was not what I expected especially because I payed more to get the view. Besides that, the staff was really nice and polite, we did not try the pool or the breakfast but our visit was pleasant.

The furniture is a little dated, however nothing that pose any relevant issues.

The hotel is very well connected to public transport, a wide range of options (metro, tram, bus) being available. Additionally, the beach is close by, there's a shopping mall in walking distance, and several bars are right across the street. Breakfast's diversity is impressive, and that's something we've greatly appreciated. The checkin / checkout process was quick, we were also provided with extensive instructions and waypoints.

great location close to the beach, superb breakfast, great, comfortable room with a view, friendly staff. My only issue is that somehow there was difficulty to communicate, via messaging, for a taxi from the airport to the hotel prior to the booking to the point we gave up and took a random taxi at the airport. No further complaints otherwise.

Our pillowcases were stained and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard. Additionally some fixtures in the room were broken or a bit loose.

Loved the location in a bustling neighborhood close to public transportation and a mall right across the street! Lovely staff who actually upgraded us to a suite!

I have not learnt how to regulate the temperature. The water drained poorly; the sewage system requires more attention.

I didn't like that they put me in a room for people with disabilities first when booking a room in advance for my vacation. After asking, they were changed to another room according to the reservation here. There were noisy neighbors one night, it would be nice for the staff to control it.

The staff is nice throughout the hotel, for example the staff at the front desk friendly, the server provides excellent service in the restaurant behind the front desk and pleasant staff at breakfast. Great job of the housekeeper in my room 707. It was nice to stay at the hotel. Breakfast is amazing.
