Excellent location, hotel, staff . Everything about this hotel is great. Its very near to a metro station so going to city is very easy. Staff is very kind and handle guests extremely well. They even upgraded my room and agreed to little early check in.

The restaurant doesn’t open until 8pm for dinner. The 15th floor lounge closes too early.

First impressions were good. We were upgraded on check in and given access to the 15th floor lounge and an hour free in the spa, which we unfortunately didn’t get time use. It’s very close to the metro station to take you into the centre of Barcelona and across the road from a huge shopping centre. There was also a very good supermarket across the road. The location while convenient to get to the city and on what appears online to be close to the beach, is more a convention centre and industrial area. The outdoor eating and bar area was great but a lot of wasted space which was a shame. Breakfast was good value.

The waiters have to be more focus in the service then speak about how was your weekend? specially if some stuff missing and don't speak to loud.

More staff and proper shower/changing facilities for the rooftop pool. There was nowhere to change other than the toilet and it was impossible to have a relaxing swim thanks to two groups of men who were dive bombing into the pool! As a woman travelling alone, I didn't feel comfortable being there on my own; having a member of staff there would have helped.

With the exception of one member of staff on the reception desk (who was a little short), all staff were very welcoming and helpful. My bedroom was clean and comfy. Location was excellent.

Location too far from city centre, short walk to nearest beach (extremely busy and narrow) becomes very long during very hot days (August). Room AC was on very low with first 2 nights being like in a Sauna but later temp controlled from reception with remaining stay being cooler. Pool very small with limited loungers and becomes very busy with no space however, managed to a get couple of mornings at opening time. Breakfast very average with no suprises. Gym was very basic with some dumbbells missing from collection and rest of the equipment was enough for a short stay.

Clean, welcoming, good size room with microwave, fridge, iron/board etc. Gym 24/7 and Pool. Access to lounge quiet lounge on floor 15 was a treat!. Free spa session upon arrival was appreciated 😊👍🏼

The communications between the receptions and SPA people need to be improve. The Hammam was NOT working at all which was not communicated at all. The Sauna was at lunch time still not started which is absolutely not normal. Even nothing was started to work at lunch time. Need to look for personal to do something in order to use the facility in the SPA

Getting a seat around the pool was the only downside.

Beds were so comfortable & the rooms very clean. The staff were wonderful & so helpful. The VIP area was such a great idea & made our visit even better. It was great to have a nice clean gym too.
