very clean, lovely staff - we stayed on a weekend so the pool was very busy with nowhere to sit on our first day, If you go when it opens at 8am it is better. Room was excellent, lots of products in the bathroom, very comfortable bed and also lots of space. With the help of the hotel staff we where able to get a bus directly to Barcelona centre which was very cheap.

United KingdomIt was all okay until the last day. So we left the language to pick it up for later after we have done the check out. And we went for some shopping. Obviously, after picking them up I had to put my stuff in it and to be honest I could hear the staff at the reception where talking about us, and keeper looking at us, and I found this very unpleasant and impolite.
The room was cleaned every day, which some hotels don’t. Beds were amazing. Also, we liked the location ,it was very easy to get to places we wanted to. There was a blond lady she worked during the nights. She was nice and she answered all our questions with no hesitation.

AustriaThe toilet and the shower set up was strange. The towels were hanging only beside the toilet and not even close to the sink. There was no curtain or door for the shower so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower.
The roof pool was nice and the hotel was very accessible and in a good location, close to the tram, metro and night bus. A big shopping center and small restaurants were around the hotel.

United StatesWe experienced a leak coming down from the ceiling of our room while we were staying there. So part way through the trip we had to change rooms at midnight. The room that they gave us was two twin beds, this is on the trip to celebrate a major wedding anniversary! When we said we would prefer a room with a different type of sleeping arrangement, they rudely told us you can push the two beds together and we can get a bigger blanket to put over the top of it. That's a direct quote from the staff person. We were not happy with customer service in that situation. I would also say they exaggerate the pool amenity. It's not a very big pool in there are only 8-10 lounge chairs. Guests would come up to the pool level look around at how crowded it was and leave.
Good location to get to the beach and major Barcelona attractions by public transportation.

PolandThere wasn't anything big. Some smaller things - rooftop pool can be crowded. Lounge could be cleaned more often. Coffee in the lounge and at the pool is not as good as in the restaurant.
Room at 10th floor with nice view of Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo. Pool at 17th floor was very nice and we got access to 15th floor lounge with snacks and soft drinks. Breakfast was delicious with rich selection of juices and sweets. Hotel is located 3 min walk from Metro station and 15 min walk from the beach.

UkraineThe pipe system is hilarious: you hear perfectly loud how the flushed water travel through walls and it is better to sleep with eat plugs. It is also a bit inconvenient that the hotel do not provide beach towels.
The location is great and close to the beach, metro station a mall and a plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself is quite new and looks good. Very attentive to the cleaning.

FranceThe pool is too small and the building in front of it covers the sun, so you can’t get tanned. I honestly expected the pool to be bigger et sunnier, there’s no place to sit, there are maybe 4 chaises longues and you usually don’t find any place to sit because even the floor around the pool is not spacious and already taken starting from 9 am :( The pool closes at 8 pm although the sunset is around 10 pm in July. I expected the beach to be closer, it’s not that close to the hotel. I couldn’t reach the reception by phone several times and had to go downstairs, the phone in the room was useless, hope this will change because someone could be calling for an emergency.
The room was clean and I liked the design (especially the lighting design ), the bed was confortable. Diagonal mar mall is just 1 min away.

United KingdomShower to narrow Garden terrace was not cleaned regularly, empty bottles and cans left round and no umberellas on the roof top or any shade and lots of flys around the leather settees burnt you No milk with the coffee in the room Bed too small used to a large bed in such a room and not comfortable mattress Dressing gowns not big enough Staff always too busy or impatient! I had my phone stolen with my bank cards and was told to WAIT 20 minutes as THEY WERE BUSY obviously I didn’t wait I told them THIS IS AN EMERGENCY, it had just happened at the metro station ….. this got their attention and they became helpful Also the swimming pool is quite small and the person in charge allowed them to smoke on the roof! With a no smoking policy on the advert! And no smoking signs everywhere on the pool on 17th floor!
