United KingdomLots of things that needs improvement: - terrible cleaning; cleaning stuff only to the bed nothing ended has been cleaned; - paid for a twin room for 2 people but only had 1 tea cup and 1 glass of water; - spa bad communication/ not professional; - steam room had a leak and it red colour on the floor and us plus another couple decided against it; - there was no water at the spa, unable to drink water or tea as you would expect; - again same in the gym plus no music either. - undercooked food (rice ) sent it back and Chef refused to amend the situation and so ordered something else from the menu. Even the waiter agreed that the rice wasn’t cooked as it was so hard. This shocked us. - didn’t have access to the lounge above level 8. Wasn’t aware of this when we booked. - they locked my friend out on her last night even though we paid for the entire duration. Their excuse was that there was an outstanding bill for breakfast that had yet to be paid. Poor excuse! She had a taxi booked for next dat at 12noon and so was going to pay for bfast that morning etc. Really bad communication between staff and guests.
- Great room size, lounge/bar/ restaurants & excellent breakfast which we surprised; good value for money. - Great size gym with all your needs, this was awesome. - A la Carte restaurant was great too. - excellent location.

United KingdomThe room was way bigger than I expected and very clean. The bed was very comfy and we even had 2 bottles of water on the house when we arrived, together with coffee and tea. Also, we had bathrobes and slippers, which I wasn't expecting. Staff was very nice and friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed. They even offered us 1h free SPA which was really nice. We tried breakfast one morning and the selection was great, it had everything, for any taste. Great location as well, near the beach and we were lucky to be near a festival and there were loads of food trucks and a huge fun park.

The rooftop pool was lovely. The bar and its staff were nice. Check/in and check/out was seamless

IrelandThere’s nothing to dislike except for the fact you don’t get more water and you have to go to the reception to buy more. At one point they told us they didn’t sell water till after 11am which was hella weird but it was ok
The hotel was so nice and clean, The staff were so friendly towards us. Every day the cleaners would come and clean the room and make it pretty again, that was just amazing. Definitely would go back again.

GermanyThe hotel was dated and had not been properly maintained since we have been there the last time in 2017. The doorknob came off and wasn't repaired even when we advised the frontdesk. The spa area was dirty, the clock didn't work, and woodpanels in the pool were rotten. Overall the hotel used to be nice but isn't anymore. We won't be coming back a third time.

United KingdomHere comes a list: 1. €15 Euros for 1 hour spa, but why is the steam room and sauna got rust everywhere? I felt dirty coming out of there. I deserve a refund. 2. Menu needs to improve. Its a 4 star hotel, probably would have got better food from a 2 star. 3. Bathrooms were rusty, but the bath looks like its been ragged by a dog. There was awful amount of black dots all over the bath. Again did not feel clean coming out of the shower. Had to mentally convince myself that I am actually clean and the bath just looks rotten. 4. They don't change the linen until 4 nights of stay. 5. Wifi and Old TV no point even turning on. 6. Customer service seems almost we're asking for too much every time. 7. Who opens a spa at 12pm, sorry but most people like to get it out of the way before leaving for their travels. Not having to figure out a convenient time to use it because it shuts at 8pm. Imagine having to return by 5pm so you can spa. Ridiculous. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are expecting 4 star service. This hotel should be re-evaluated and re-starred to 2 or max 3. And the 7.9 should be 6.5. Further to posting this, they have just charge my account €200 euros for leaving this bad review and avoiding my emails. They responded within minutes prior to staying its been 2 hours I have not heard anything. I checked out on Sunday Morning, they charge me on Thursday afternoon without explanation. They keep your details!!
