Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Very good location in the center of Casco Historico, next to plaza zocodover, many shops and restaurants around, walking distance from train station, a block away from mechanical scalator. Friendly and helpful staff, they offer free coffee tea and water and they can keep your luggage after check out if necessary. Overall good value for the money.

the airconditioning/heater was a bit noisy, so I turned it off It was warm enough anyways. it was a bit dark in the room, mostly due to the weather outside
the location of the hotel was great, the staff were friendly, the room was kept immaculately clean and gave enough space to walk around in. the bed was comfortable.

Everything was excellent. Honestly, we were amazed with my partner by the comparison from the pictures and the reality of the hotel. Its a thousand times better. Attention, installments, location and everything was honestly too good to be true. If we ever go back, would definitley be this hotel!

Heating went off the first night so it got a bit cold. We told reception and it was fine the next night. No heating in the bathroom which was cold.
Great location in central Toledo. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Would stay again!

Not so much of a dislike, more of a minor annoyance as there was a delay to checking in. However, the staff were very helpful and apologetic.

The bed lighting (strip lighting along the headboard was far too bright and its design and positioning was a potential source of injury to head or back!
The hotel is excellent located in the heart of the lot town. The receptionist was friendly and helpful

My room was on ground floor and I can feel some vibration probably from vehicular traffic on the cobblestone road. Hotel signage too small - difficult to find hotel if driving.
Great location. Spacious and clean room. Excellent and helpful staff. Toiletries provided.

For what it cost me , I can't grumble at all. The bedroom carpets were a bit tough on the feet but they were clean and fit for purpose
Bed comfy Hotel pretty quiet inside with other guests Location was excellent for using nearby cafes and other things a to see We found best walking most places . 20mins to train station to get back to Madrid Taxis variable but staff will book them at desk for you . Staff recommended a restraint for our first night after we had just checked in which was excellent

A small complaint, but the bathroom had minimal ventilation for the steam of a shower or for air conditioning. The ceiling of the room also sloped down over one of the beds, and I kept hitting my head.
Prime location off of the main square in Toledo. They also gave us three free waters. We were very grateful that they held our bags for us after our check-out while we traveled during the day prior to leaving Toledo. Great value!

Difficult to find. A single entry door just with the word Hotel above the door.
Well located next to the main square and very close to Alcazar.

There was no hot water the morning I showered. The safe didn't work.
The location is wonderful, and the room was surprisingly quiet although on a busy street and very close to Zocodover Plaza. Everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and professional.

I don’t know, for the price it was hard to beat.
Monica, the hostess, went above and beyond the call of duty helping me get sorted out, locating restaurants etc. Friendly and efficient service, great location.

Nothing was a problem Haha The weather in the square was warmer than I wanted!! You can't control that. The building, in contrast, was fine for sleep and settling in. Not too cold, not too hot. I loved the hot water available for beverage in the lobby
The three staff members at the desk (same woman at early afternoon arrival and rather early departure...excellent English and help! Two fine and easy-English male staff at desk other times. They all three could not have been more gracious and helpful! I was totally delighted!

There were buzzing noises in the walls. I got used to them, but they distracted me a bit when I was trying to sleep.
Perfectly located to explore Toledo and get back to home base again. Everyone knows (and all the buses go to) Zocodover.
