We were in room 6, which is advertised as overlooking the internal courtyard, but sadly it is a room nested in between the hallway/kitchen and another room. It is therefore very humid and stuffy and noisy. Every time people move in the kitchen or common areas, you hear it, including at night. But the worst of all was the bed. It was so uncomfortable that we woke up every 30 min. Extremely poor quality. The shower inside the room is also extremely dirty and mouldy. Deep cleaning needed. Sorry to say but was very, very poor for 65 euros.

The terrace is beautiful and the common areas are neat.

I am happy that I didn't believe people who wrote bad things about the place. It is marvelous! It has a hostel vibe, the staff is hardworking, so they kept everything clean and in order. My bed was comfortable, I loved the terrace, and the breakfast was a big plus.

Honestly, the people working and volunteering in this place were just the best. I was the only guest but instantly became part of the family. I was taking part in the birthday of one volunteer and we were dancing, celebrating and singing together. Thank you for helping me with my Spanish and being so kind!

The hostel is super cozy and has a special vibe (the terrace has an amazing view), the staff is very friendly and welcoming (they treat you more like a good friend than like a guest!) and the breakfast with fresh baked cakes and bread is the perfect way to start the day! Overall, 100% recommended!

The double bed bedroom lacks breathable air. It is so stinky and wet you cannot sleep at night. Open windows don't help. AC required ASAP! :(

We had big room with not many furniture. It looks better on photos. Our window was inside of building, so there was no fresh air. Bathroom wasn´t on photo because is not nice. It is old, tired and need some repairs and more equipment. We heard everything from bathroom next to ours (why somebody go to shower with loud music?) We spent here 6 nights and I am not sure if somebody clean our trash bin in bathroom during our stay (when you can´t put toilet paper into toilet).

Friendly staff, can help you with your plans. I really like Icod (but hostel is little far and very uphill from terminal bus station, so is not very good walk there with your bags). Good accessibility by bus, good base point for making trips around. Could recommended panaderia/bakery in front of hostel. Breakfast was some days better, sometimes not, but not so bad. Shared kitchen was good, filter water here.

The place is quite dirty and feels a bit left behind. Looks like there was a change of ownership and the structure wasn't properly renovated.

Our stay at Drago Hostel was marred by a flooded room that damaged my phone. Despite the property owner initially agreeing to cover repair costs, they have since stopped communicating with us. I would not recommend staying there due to their lack of accountability and poor communication.

The best hostel on the island. Good location to visit the town and various places around, constantly clean, lockers, equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi. Amazing and big breakfast. They bake fresh bread and delicious cakes every day. Caring, helpful, open, positive crew of the hostel, whom all I had a pleasure to meet and whom I miss. I also met nice travelers there. Looking forward to my return and seeing you guys again!

There are only 2 shared bathrooms for the whole hostel, knowing that there are several rooms and dorms, making it really unconfortable. Both have shower and toilet together, which makes it even harder to manage. Rooms are absolutely not isolated, ours did not even have proper walls but just a sliding window opening to a corridor with fotosensors, meaning that every time someone passed light turned on and there was no way to fully cover it. Common kitchen had opening hours, so after 22h you could not access your own food/beverages in the common fridge until the next morning, but they still ask to not eat in the rooms. Also, the drinkable filtered water tank is in the kitchen, so no drinking water at night... ridiculous!!! Overall, one of the most disappointing experiences I ever had in a hostel. The whole place felt just unconfortable, unwelcoming, and soulless.

The best place to stay on Tenerife. Excellent Hostel Very nice place with gorgeous views on El Teide from terrace. Very good breakfast. The best staff, super friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained.
