I'm not really one for writing reviews in the first place, but because of how fantastic everything was here I wanted to. I have travelled a decent amount and not many match up in terms of OVERALL convenience. Great stay.

Everything, from location to cleanliness to staff, food, facilities, it was absolutely great. We will definitely stay again. A must stay for anyone heading to Port De Soller.

we stayed here for a week with our one year old son and we had a leak in our room on the first night coming from the ceiling in our bathroom, when I reported it to reception the lady who was on that morning was so helpful and came straight up to check. without hesitation she moved us to a new room which was so much bigger with so much more space for our baby to move around and had a sea few.

The fact that I was awakened early in the morning with ants 🐜 everywhere all over the bed and me while sleeping.

STAY AWAY THE WHOLE PLACE IS INFESTED BY BEDBUGS!!!!!

WARNING! Nothing is satifactory about this place!!!! Do not stay at this hotell. They are infested by bed bugs. They where not Very professional about this at all, I found one fully grown When entering the room. And When presented to the reseptionist, it was like they had no idea what this was! I managed to Get another room, also infested by besbugs, Two floors above the original room! REALLY? I left a day early and still had to pay 2/3 of the stay, even offering to pay for the first night. I think my sanitation bills at home would be large, (fingers crossed I managed to Keep them outside my luggage, keeping it closed for the entire stay!) The hotel should at least offerets to compensate the second night! They are unreliable and they steal as well, in my haste to leave I forgot some electronics that the reception upon trying to pick it up, claimed could have been sent with the cleaning? I will never put my foot inside this wannabe, up to date 4 star? should have been 0 stars, holiday resort again!

uncomfortable beds. no room service. no minibar. no proper restaurant, only a decent buffet. crowded and very basically equipped pool area. long waiting time for check in an check out.

The manager was awful! My glasses to see were left at the bar, the manager confirmed brand and case so had them and then they were either stolen or misplaced from there possession, I asked to speak to manager 3 times a day for 6 days and not until day 6 when I was leaving and said I wouldn’t pay until I did spk- did I get to speak to the deputy manager!! Who then lied, on my day of departure making it too late to lodge a police report to claim on insurance! Not only this I was advised reception, pool, bar were public areas and they weren’t responsible if things were stolen?! Still shocked .. they told me week before suitcases had been stolen from reception! The location pot de soller is amazing the service/ Manager awful!

The pool seemed to turn our swimwear green… rooms a bit small and the two room for our family were far apart albeit on the same floor.

Location is the best for this hotel, however the hotel is a bit basic, the rooms are quite small and the breakfast is average.

The fact I stayed there for only 3 nights 😃

I definitely like the location. Hotel is right behind the beach (bay) which is ideal when you deside to go swim or just relax. You can also choose the refreshing pool at the hotel's area. Besides all the restaurants and shops are close enough, also the iconic tram going to Sóller and back. All the staff is helpful and keeps the hotel room tidy everyday. I'm also amazed about various breakfasts and dinners. That's the best fuel you can get with no doubt.

The pool is public to anyone not just guests. People hogged the sun beds even though there's a "rule" about leaving towels there and not using the beds. Very expensive for mediocre room and food. The rooms don't get cleaned properly. The main lift is terrible and takes forever to get to your floor. There's no Aircon in the whole building apart from your room
