Check in process was long and cumbersome, we arrived late when the office was closed, there was a big group before us and it took them forever to check in on the machine. For us was about the same, the scanner in the check in machine was not working and took us a long time to figure out how to input the data manually. The only thing about the apartment is that the dishwasher needs maintenance, the racks were rusty and parts of it were broken.

Very difficult to find fault . Maybe a little more kitchen and bathroom consumables . Extra toilet roll and only one dish washer tablet provided.

The front windows do not close properly which is not an issue as far as security as we were six floors up, and there are shutters for security. However, at this time of year, the windows allowed a draft through meaning that the apartment was cold at night even with the heating on high. Just take your pjs if you are going at this time of year . It’s a little noisy being on a busy road but all the great things about this trip cancelled this out !!!! You can also take earplugs…..

Location was perfect. We felt very safe when walking around the neighbourhood. The apartment is close to the Rocafort metro which is an ideal connection for the city. There are a few small supermarkets very close by, and also a few nice, reasonably priced bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartments is lovely, charismatic and very clean.

As an increased commitment to sustainability it would be great if cleaning items could be provided not as single use ones, but for example a refillable bottle of dishwashing soap or laundry soap :)

The apartment was very clean and tidy, as well as spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance from most main attractions and right in front of a metro stop. Great for families with kids, we were provided with cot and high chair.

Very sensitive to noise levels something to do with a noise detection sensor in apartment so having the TV on past 11pm would potentially set of the noise sensor.

The outdated lift sometimes hang out somewhere because people didn't close the front door firmly as indicated clearly on each floor by the management.

Julia is a super friendly and helpful host. The apartment is very clean. Also the location is close to the metro station and the city center without being bothered by traffic noise

One minus is apartment main door - it's havy and looks solid, but in terms of sound isolation do nothing. Every time our neghbors got in or got out their apartment it felt like someone came into oures one. Thankfully thant didn't interfered our baby to sleep, but it coulld, really lout. To be honest it is not pleasant, but would not stop us to book this apartment again :)

Very polite and frendly hosteses, clean and cosy apartment and realy good location close to city center, parks. We got everything we need to stay with 1 year old kid: high chair, baby bad.
