ItalyWe booked an apartment for 6 (4 adults, 2 kids), unfortunately not that comfy…😞; the sofa bed is terrible, very thin mattress you can feel the frame of the sofa!! I can still recall my back pains in the morning! Second was the window!… very poor insulation, you could hear the rain from outside … imagine the traffic from main boulevard, at 5:30am you have an alarm clock 🤪! Definitely recomand to fix this 2, overall all good😉

United KingdomAppliances, such as TV and washing machine, were a bit old and poorly maintained. Also we were given only one dishwasher tablet, a tiny bottle of detergent and two toilet rolls, which for the price we paid was a bit of a disappointment.
Excellent location, metro station just around the corner and only three metro stops from Plaça Catalunya. Lots of grocery stores and cafés nearby.

BulgariaThe biggest problem for us was that there were no insect screens on the doors and windows and there were many flies (that bite!) and mosquitos! The flies are unpleasant also in the kitchen, when cooking, so please Mr. Eric, consider adding some screens to the doors&windows! For the price of the property, screens are not a luxury but a must to keep these pests out. My daughter was bitten all over each night, as well as I. Another recommendation - the cleaning service is currently only 1 per week - it would be nice to have an option for cleaning service every 3rd day, even if it is for an extra charge! On booking.com, all apartments are described as having "city view", so it is a bit misleading when one gets a back yard apartment (which are many as we found out) - please describe the apartments properly.
The apartments with a patio are great for stay with kids, although this is not clearly described on the site when booking. We also liked that there is a reception at the property (people working there were very kind and helpful) and good security (door code/people at the reception). The kitchen is well equipped and plates and cutlery are new and pleasant to use. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a nice surprise, but bring your own capsules (the one provided by the property are not original Nespresso). The property was quiet and good for rest during the day & night. Easy to commute from the location - most major attractions are about 15 to 30min by metro.

United KingdomThe lift was the worst thing about the entire apartment. I was travelling with elderly and a baby and the onus is on the person to close the door after using the lift. unfortunately this was not the case and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs almost the whole time to close an open door to get the lift to go down. Very disappointed with this facility and made it very difficult to get up and down to our apartment with a baby and elderly. would not stay again due to this.

Francethe communication was very hard through emails and phone. The elevator is a handle the apartment had all the basics but it is definitely missing some charm . I think it is a great place for a long vacation with your family, but not for a couple’s night.

France1) The pillows are the worst I have ever seen in a hotel/apartment. 2) We had sent a request to access the apartment an hour earlier (at 14:00 instead of 15:00). The request got accepted via email. When we arrived at 14:00, the receptionist kept repeating that it was not possible to access the apartment earlier, that they never reply positively to these requests and that she could do nothing. Her reply did not change even when I showed her the email they had sent me. She was close to rude and didn't even apologise for the fact that they had told us something different prior to arrival, so we were kept standing up waiting until they prepared the room (a family with two babies). 3) the elevator is very old. Even though it's very beautiful, it doesn't work well. The stroller could not fit and there was always one calling it, so you needed to wait your turn. That was easily ten minutes every time.
The placement of the apartment suites is excellent, next to a metro stop and walking distance from many sites. It was clean and very beautiful inside, nicely decorated.

Belgium1. For almost 3 days the elevator was not working. The notice on the lift was not reflecting the actual status of the maintenance. 2. The cleaning frequency of the apartment can certainly be improved. In the current setup, it is a paid service during the whole stay.
The location of the apartment is very good and reaching it from the airport was quite easy. During the stay, the public transport access was a breeze.

United StatesThe apartments are “pisos turísticos” and as such not well insulated from ambient noise. I could hear every step above me and the children’s school noise on the back end (not facing Gran Via) and from the interior hallways. I experienced refrigerator issues and also Wifi signal strength issues within the apartment. Staff was attentive and attempted to resolve my issues but overall I wouldn’t stay at these apartments again.

United KingdomThese apartments are so noisy, they have zero soundproofing and you come home exhausted. You can here all the other guests even moving a chair. The location was a bit far out of everywhere I wanted to be, like the Gothic Quarter and the Cathedral, however this was my mistake as when I looked at the map, I didn’t realise how big Barcelona actually is! The lift is an antique and is hit and miss if it comes, if someone leaves the gate open, it will not operate. This happened a fair bit to us, luckily we were only on the 3rd floor.
The apartment had great facilities and reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
