The hotel was really good, centrally located, the room was spacious with high ceilings, the bathroom and equipment were modern. There were a lot of snacks on arrival including macaroons and a bottle of cava which was a nice touch. The towels and bed were comfy. The staff was lovely. The things we disliked were minor but maybe harder pillow options as the soft ones gave me neck pain, it can be a bit loud from the street but quiet after midnight and the drain a bit stinky sometimes. But overall it was a great experience and I would stay again.

Great staff…plenty of variety for breakfast. Hotel clean ….room very smartly decorated…plenty of added touches…such as half a bottle of Moët, ear plugs (the festival was on ),chocolates, curling tongs as well as hairdryer plus steamer for creased clothes….hotel is in the city conveniently located.

The location is ideal for the old quarter and all the sites and raztafa the main shopping and restaurant area. The staff are fantastic, polite, helpful and are the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are modern, well appointed, clean and very comfortable. My son was particularly impressed with the pillow menu. Is recommend the breakfast, there’s plenty of variety and the coffee and fresh breads, and fruit are brilliant. The dinner menu again was varied something for everyone, beautifully presented and great local produce. Wine list has something for all tastes and price points. The roof top bar and cocktails is an added bonus. Bar tenders can make cocktails off the list but the listed ones are great. Spa gym is small but well equipped and was sufficient for our needs. Local taxi from airport was €23 and took around 20 minutes. Would throughly recommend.

Everything was great - small gripe - the sensitive light over basin which switch on to movement kept coming on when moved in bed - but easily rectified by removing the battery temporarily - sure hotel would have sorted but seemed like the easiest option at 3am.

Nothing enjoyed the whole experience

Great central location with easy access to old town. Staff were exceptional, really friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and clean with nice views of the city. They put out nice freebies in the room each day including chocolates, waters and Prosecco. The breakfast was really nice with a nice selection of fruit, hams and smoked salmon with eggs made o request.

Perfect location in a bustling area full of great shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and the extra touches in the room over Valentine's Day were really lovely. Great rooftop bar for sunset drinks. Highly recommend.

Well the lighting controls are difficult to figure out 🤣, I’m sure we could have asked but after a week we got used to them coming on and off randomly. I’m sure they are there to ensure they light when you get out of bed to visit the loo, but they had a mind of their own!

Location was great, close to the “ Old Town”. Close to the bus stop to get to the beach. A couple of great bars and restaurants close by. Staff couldn’t do enough to ensure the stay was comfortable and welcoming. Bathroom towels and bottled water replenished daily, nice touches of chocolates in the evening and even a bottle of Cava to celebrate our stay. Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay with you. Loved the little extras ie welcome cocktails in our room, all the little treats/ chocolates, cookies and fresh water. The room was lovely and quiet and large enough to push the beds apart. Thank you.
