Absolutely everything but top of the list were the staff. Just truly amazing. We live on the island and have stayed in many hotels - this by far one of the best. In fact one of best we have stayed in anywhere! We went for my husband’s birthday, fantastic upgrade, birthday cocktails, cava and a cake !! The spa is beautiful. We appreciate it is a quiet time of year but we were made to feel so special - I think would be the same anytime ! Thank you

At points the breakfasting staff were under a lot of pressure. The service was excellent but there should have been a little more help to stay on top of clearing tables.

Everything in this Hotel was absolutely amazing. There is nothing to fault. The staff are the most helpful and friendliest we have come across; the Hotel itself is stunning; the rooms are comfortable, well equipped and stylish; the breakfast is fantastic and the location is unbeatable.

Loved absolutely everything!! A fantastic stay, received a very warm welcome and a complimentary drink. Hotel only small but perfect, bed was so comfortable and decor was super, staff were wonderful, I just wish I knew there names so I could give a big shout out! Thank you to you all. Roof top pool, and terrace small but lovely for a dip a sunbathe and a Pina colada! Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. Robes and slippers in room so you can go to the indoor pool which was so warm. In a perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the centre and then on to the cathedral. Loved the little cookies in our room for when we got back in the afternoon,we had with our coffee! Loved everything and my daughter and I would love to return.❤️

The staff were excellent!! Ask for Daniella she knows where to go, what to see and do while in town. She got us last minute reservations at some of the best restaurants. The hotel is amazing! We will definately return.

The breakfast was outstanding with a buffet, delicious smoothies and delicious open sandwich options - eg avocado with fried egg and ham shavings on chia and psyllium bread. Rooftop plunge pool was relaxing with chill lounge music. Spa was fabulous and my massage was outstanding! Staff were all impressive, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We stayed during our wedding in Mallorca and we were looked after so well and made to feel very special, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!! The hotel itself is stunning, with amazing facilities and an amazing restaurant. We sadly didn’t get to enjoy everything on offer as we were so busy but we know we will 100% be back next year to visit! Cannot thank the hotel and staff enough for making us have some a wonderful stay, we could not have asked for more and are very grateful! Can’t wait to visit again!!
