Location is few minutes away from center which is great price for value. But staff wasn't friendly at all, and even if cabins were nice, confort was not matching expectations. Very cold, noisy with other guests.. you can hear absolutely everything, and shared bathroom are not very clean

Has a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The hostel is clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay. It can get a bit cold, but blankets are available upon request. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

The staff were very kind. I arrived during the heavy rains in November and all my clothes were wet. They dried all of them and help me with a fresh towel and hot tea. Thank you 🙏🏼

Lack of basic commodities like sufficient storage space for trolleys, a space to hang the towels to dry out, or padlock for the lockers in the bathrooms. It can get noisy at times, especially with different people coming back to the capsule in different hours of the night. You can't make the capsule pitch black: the led lights on the panel are pretty bright, and you get the light from outside of the capsule as well, so definitely bring eyemask in case you have trouble sleeping. Parking is not near the hostel and not included in the price. There is a garage nearby which costs 24 euros per day. Free parking in the surrounding University area is basically impossible to find at any time of the day (permanently crammed) Some member of the staff was not very friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfy and in a good location. Earplugs and towels are free. Great for short stay, if you're on the go and you just need to crash somewhere.

It's not a very welcoming place. One of the staff wasn't a robot. You can get used to the pods though at first they are off putting. I don't think the details in BB are correct. I thought I was getting room with shared facilities, not a pod amongst pods. Also you have to be an early bird to get warm shower.

There was an incident when a client brought back a non-client and they were chatting loudly and being inconsiderate of other clients.

However, it wasn’t very quiet, the quality of the capsules are not very good and every move made noises. I’m glad we didn’t have anyone in the capsule above… there was also a quite loud melody every time someone opened their locker? Which was quite often with 15+ people in the room, annoying when you were trying to sleep. The staff in the reception wasn’t doing much to make the stay nicer, and also it’s no common area. Works for 1 night sleep but wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay in Malaga

This place is a nightmare. The bathroom is nasty, dark patches on the ceiling, toilets not working properly and clogged. I don't want to spend a second more than necessary. The capsules provide no sound isolation and the fans are too loud. The mattress is super hard. No power sockets to charge your devices. There is not even a blanket, I had to ask for one and was presented with very disapproving looks. All amenities look so cheap they are falling apart only by looking at them.

The location is okay, although not ideal. The capsules are not too tiny.

It is like a shared hotel. Facilities are really basic, staff is not very talkative and helpful, and it is missing the vibe of a hostel.

The mattress is way too thin and therefore simply uncomfortable to sleep on. The novelty of staying in a Chinese made and very plasticy feel Chinese made capsule bed(a Japanese concept) is somewhat strange

Luck of kitchen facilities, No space to prepare meals, bringing food to rooms is forbidden Small common spaces, just 4 tables in the corridor. Poor ventilations in room, stuffiness In the pictures the hostel looks new, in reality it is much worse, the carpets are dirty and full of particles.

Stairs to get to upper capsule are very shaky and weak, very uncomfortable to get up. No sound isolation and people were talking really loud so it was impossible to sleep. Inside capsule itself it wasn’t vert clean.

The mattress was so thin that it was like sleeping on the hard floor, woke up with a very bad backache, and the pillow was very tiny and very uncomfortable, I've had to use my jacket for extra comfort. I would invest in a more comfortable mattress and bigger pillows. The noises from the other guests were so loud that I couldn't sleep through the night. Maybe some good insulation would be good because it was like the other guests were inside my capsule. They do provide free earplugs, though.

Good value for money, average price for a normal hotel was about €40 extra. Restrooms very clean, Japanese toilets with heated seats and bidet function, close to city centre, good experience overall. Very good for young people or those on a budget.

Couldn’t find a single fault

It was brilliant from start to finish lovely staff easily accessible. Very clean cleaner than some big chain hotels. Staff couldn’t do enough were so friendly. The experience with myself and my little was amazing will definitely be back… Thank you good vibes

Can’t fault the hostel at all, it was great. My only negative was a very messy and loud guy shouting one night but he left in the morning and all was perfect. Like I said, couldn’t fault the hostel.

Loved the novelty of the pod - the lighting was a really fun touch! Found them nice and warm with the option of a fan and the mattress was comfy!
