The bath room in the ground floor had a weird smell but that didn’t bother too much.

The receptionist was super nice! She showed me all the attractions and food spots I had to visit. The facilities are very clean and during night it is very quiet. I was really lucky that even though I was in shared dormitory room I had the room for myself for one night. For that reason it was the perfect quality/price ratio.

Everything was great.

The woman at check in was incredibly kind and welcoming, some of the best customer service I've had at any hostel. The hostel was nice and clean, with great rooms and comfy beds. Great location, minutes away from the cathedral. Would definitely return here, the customer service truly made it feel more like home than a hostel.

Only niggly faults: The heating didn't come on till 9pm, so from 6.15 sundown till late the place felt cold. I couldn’t find a light switch at the bottom of the spiral staircase, which meant ascending and descending in the dark to and from the upstairs lounge area. The kitchen could use a stronger light bulb too, but no big problem. There was no individual bedside light, but an accessible switch for the room without getting out of bed.

Superb kitchen facilities, with separate dining area. Quiet location, not far from cathedral. Rooftop terrace, with a nice spiral staircase to access it.

Great hosts Mercedes and Luiz who treated me so well, Mercedes introduced me to Granada, comfortable beds, spaceous room, very clean hostel, well equipped and clean kitchen, nice roof room, central location in a quiet street. Would always come back!

Bathroom and toilet are not separated. If someone use shower, you can’t use a toilet.

Nothing. The marble floors were sparkling clean so I was happy to do my yoga, there's a lovely lounge space for socialising as well as an upper deck area for some sun. The kitchen is well equipped - a little salt and pepper would have been amazing but everything was clean and well maintained

I wish there was a better place to put luggage in the rooms. Everyone was really respectful of other people’s things, but I wish there was a more secure place to leave luggage in the rooms.

The hostel was quiet, people were respectful. Everything was clean and well maintained! Mercedes was super kind and helpful. I got to town after closing hours, and the instructions for getting inside and getting checked in was a simple, straightforward process.

This is highly recommended place located in the center of Granada, 20 minutes walking distance from Alhambra. Owner is super friendly lady who will make you smile! Comfortable, cozy rooms, nice common area and kitchen. I can only say best things about this place and If back in Granada, will surely stay there again! These people know how to run a good hostel. There are at least two shops nearby.

Mercedes was so kind talkative and friendly person. I stayed 2 nights at hostel, i slept very well. There was filter coffee machine I really appreciated for this. I loved Granada so much, if i come back to Granada I will stay at Mercedes place again🩵 adios💜

My first night in Granada, I came down with some sort of food poisoning/stomach flu. Although I had a somewhat miserable night, the staff was very kind to me and helped me upgrade to a private room in the morning for a very reasonable price. Because I was not feeling well, I spent a lot of time inside this hostel! The bedrooms (both the dorm I stayed in and the private) were comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The bathrooms were all very clean and the kitchen had free tea and coffee. I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else during my travel food poisoning experience.

There was no window in the room. The bathroom was not the cleanest, but it was fine. The staff didn't provide me with information if there is another bathroom/WC (they just told me about the kitchen on the 3rd floor).

The location of the hostel was perfect as well as the communication with the staff. Easy check -in and check -out. Comfortable beds, lockers, bathroom available just for the room where I stayed. Hairdryer available. Enough space in the room and between the beds. Air-conditioner in the room. Very cute and welcoming people work there.

The shared bathroom for the room we were in has a shower curtain; the people we were sharing the bathroom with didn't seem to know how to use this as water was always on the floor. Not really anything you can do about guests who don't show respect for the hostel but maybe upgrade that bathroom to be a wet room instead.

Lovely couple who own the hostel, very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable beds, decent kitchen with everything you need. Ideal location.
