Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainIt's at a super place, only some minutes walk from centre and museum Dalí. The room is basic, but had everything we needed, even a big mirror to see your whole outfit. The reception is at another place, but only 1-2 minutes walk, easy to find. They allowed to leave our baggage there during our last day.

United KingdomClean room and comfortable beds and very good value for money. Had to collect the key from another place around the corner on arrival but instructions were on the door and quite straight forward. Very close to The Dali museum which was the reason for my visit. You couldn't access the garden, which if tidied up would be great for guests to socialise but all in all a comfortable stay.

United KingdomUnfortunately, no sound proofing what so ever. You hear every flush of the toilet, doors closing, TV etc and the front door closing makes the building shake. Great for a stop over to see the museum tho.
Great location and very clean, excellent for the price, right in the heart of everything and free parking so near.

GermanyRoom is basic. Breakfast is basic. You can hear people talking in the staircase. But you get what you pay for and as mentioned, it was good value for money - so not really a negative point as we got what we had expected
Spotless, clean and functional room, great location, low price/value for money

CanadaThe rooms are extremely basic, small, and there's quite a bit of wear and tear, like the curtain rod had fully fallen out of the wall on one side and the bathroom door had a big hole in it. We paid ~80 euros, which is about double what it should have been for the quality of room. Perhaps we paid this much because it was a holiday. I would not pay more than 50 euros per night for this room. Location is quite convenient - about 4-5 mins walk to the Dali museum.
The location was good and the receptionist was very sweet to walk us 200 m to the building and let us check in a bit early (1 h or so).

New ZealandI didn't realise they don't offer any kettle in your room or a common kitchen facility. My room was on level 2 and there were no elevator, so be prepared to go up stairs if you have a heavy luggage.
The room was simple and clean, the bed was comfortable. Good price for a single room in this location. I appreciate that the receptionist kindly helped me with my luggage after checking in at another building just about 2 blocks away from this accommodation.

United StatesOur room didn't have a window to outside. So I couldn't get ventilation to get rid of the smell of the molt. Also, I wish it was said in advance that in order to get a key, you need to go to a different building. Other than that, it is a great value for the money you pay. Again, the guy who met us was super friendly and helped us a lot with parking and getting into our room.
Stuff was very friendly and supportive. Room was clean and beds were pretty comfortable Superb location 4 minutes walk to Salvador Dali museum.

LithuaniaNoisy place, you can hear everything behind the door, the room was freshly painted so you can strongly smell the paint (had to sleep with the window opened). On the last day the room service came before check-out time. Overall the stay was good

United KingdomThe WiFi was rubbish and did not connect at all from my room - it said it was connected but was not usable. The corridor is very noisy and echos. Even with the window to the corridor shut you can here people coming down the stair or talking in the corridor really loudly. Check in was very late (4pm) and there was no response to my messages when I asked twice to check in earlier.
The room was clean and modern and had a good shower. The staff were nice. It had air con. The location was very good. A towel was provided and the bed was comfortable.

SerbiaBe careful, check-in is in Hostal Sunmar (200 m up the street). There is no reception desk in Isabel II. Also, bathroom is separated from bedroom with a glass wall, so it could be issues with privacy if you share the room with someone.
Quite good for a lone traveler, close to the Dali museum. Room was not spacious but it’s clean and seemed to be freshly renovated.
