Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location of the property is close to the center and quite convenient to go every tourist spot. From hotel walk about 5 minutes to the main tourist bus stop. Room clean, staff friendly.

Only thing which was bothering us were windows. They were pointing to the walls of other apartments so no light at all, no fresh air.
The hostel was clean, there was everything in order, we liked it. Simple and good. Location was perfect, close to the city, perfect by walking.

The location is excellent. The room was not very big but it was very clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast is fine. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It was good value for money. I recommend it.

One socket in the room for 2 persons (2nd socket in bathroom though so not a big problem).
Most of all great location! Room was very small but tidy and quiet during the night so ideal for rest. Good value for money.

The room window opened into a ventilation shaft, so it felt a bit claustrophobic and the beds are a bit hard. However, there was A/C and en-suite. Bear in mind this is a hostel, not a hotel.
A great hostel which is well located in walking distance to historical centre, near bus station, but on a side street which was quieter. The staff were amazingly friendly and kind people who all went out of their way to help. A special shout out to the garage attendant who reassured us that our bikes would be safe - a significant bonus in a big city 😄

We could hear conversations from the adjacent room but it’s no big deal.
Location is 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station, 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and Alcázar. Nearby grocery store that opens 08:00-23:00 24 hour reception Clean amenities Safe to walk to the hostel at night Daily housekeeping Friendly staff

Room was simple but clean and location is great, 5 min walk from train station, and close to the center, i think it was relatively good value for the money. I arrived in the evening and left early morning. To sleep overnight was perfect.
