There is no lift and we had to carry the heavy luggage all the stairs up to the 4th floor. I think it should be referred in the site. The host explained, there were luxurius rooms available in the nearby property with lift but we had to pay 50 euros more per day.

The property is as it appears in the photos and the bed was comfy.

Had to wait 15 in front of the closed door, while nobody answered the ring or the phone call. The bed was not really comfortable for me.

This boutique hotel is wonderful and Manuel, the owner is a warm, kind and very charming host. It was such a pleasure to stay there. Casa de Reyes is In a perfect location to visit Granada and the space is unlike any other I had seen. The first floor is like a beautiful museum with amazing hand crafted pieces that will blow you away. All designed by Manuel and created by local craftsmen. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is a great location, about 6 minutes walk from the cathedral. It’s on a mainly pedestrian back-street, but there is some café noise into the evening, and some road noise early in the morning. This is an experience - It’s almost like staying in a museum, given Manuel’s passion for the local heritage and artistic traditions, and antiques. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom also was a good size with all modern amenities, although the shower controls are a bit non-intuitive. Manuel (speaks good English) and Carmen provided fabulous, above and beyond, concierge experience – Carmen walked us to and from the parking garage about 5 minutes walk, where the hotel had booked a space. There is no breakfast provided, and eateries in the area don’t start opening up until 8:30am to 9am.

The room we stayed in (torre de la dama) was absolutely breathtaking!!! I've never seen anything like and the building itself was just amazing... The staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home and the location was just perfect! We will definitely be returning.

Great location. The bed was very comfortable, staff was so helpful and everything was very clean. The owners show pride and were helpful, staying late since our train came in after hours, called taxis when we needed them.
