Great Hostel, clean, comfortable, secure and happy to hold my bags on my last day. In quite a busy spot but an easy walk to the Prada Museum, and the cool laneways of Madrid. Close to the station so easy access to and from Atocha and the Airport.... good value for the price. Certainly wasn't noisy at night.c

Excellent value for money choice, especially for a solo traveller, combining: - great location, in the heart of the city - comfort, with a very good mattress and all facilities that one might need (e.g. refrigerator, TV, AC, etc.) - cleanliness, since the room is being cleaned up on a daily basis

The towels could be cleaner. There was some noise during the night, probably because of the location of the hostal. Also, there was some problem with the a/c but we didn't need it, so we didn't ask for it to be fixed.

Very central location, easy to find, close to the metro station, with friendly staff and good value for money.

Heating system made noise during the night (even though I don't think it was operating). Night lighting in room was a little too bright. Fourth floor was a minor inconvenience.

Great location. Lots of amenities and little touches - candies and a satchel of instant coffee. Good wifi and a small table to work at. Nice and quiet. Would stay here again. Could come and go with little interaction with anyone.

Great hostel! So close to everything, very great connection to public transports (metro,bus). Room was small but very clean and quiet, had everything what might one need. I was very happy with this. Lot of music for little money! 👌🏼

Best option to stay in the centre. Everything is very very clean, the staff are incredibly polite, the rooms are cosy. There is a kettle and microwave in the room. Highly recommended!

I would have liked the shower head to have been positioned at the top and not loose, it was difficult for me to shower but it was not a determining factor.

Awesome location, close to a lot of tourist attractions which helps you save a lot of time.

Minor thing but multiple keys per room would have helped our group as difficult to gain access separately....kes needed for street door, door to reception and room.

Great location near Gran Via and Cheuca. Simple enough room but did the job....bed, shower, fridge etc.

There was no option for a cot and even though there is a lift, still there are stairs to access the rooms which could be a problem for people with reduced mobility.

The location is excellent. Very central. The place was super clean. Fresh smell in the bed shit. Staff is super friendly. I love that we could connect Netflix on the Tv and that there was a mini fridge/ kettle and microwave in the room.

Even with the lift there are stairs as it’s an old building. Not a problem for us but might be difficult for others travellers with mobility problems

Communication with the staff. I had to check in online before because I was arriving when reception was closed, but the website for this check-in wasn't working. So far so good, these unexpected things can happen... The problem was the reception's reaction when I informed them of the problem. They didn't want to solve it and kept telling me to follow the steps on a website that didn't work! I spent almost a day repeating the obvious to someone at reception, and all they said was that they couldn't do anything about it. So that was it: I was going to arrive in Madrid late at night, and I couldn't get into the hostel because the check-in website wasn't working. Luckily, the next day, someone decided to check the website and they saw that it really wasn't working. They fixed it, told me to try again, and then I was able to do the check-in. A problem that could have been solved in half an hour if the staff had stopped to listen about a problem with their system when I first told them...

The location of the Hostel. It was very easy to reach places like bakeries, restaurants, bars, tourist places, etc. The room was very clean and I had everything I needed for my stay.

Friendly staff, but basic English would help in communication ;-) Still no problem if you have Google translator :-)

Excellent location, comfortable place, on the 4 floor but with a lift, clean, bright room, air-condition and fan, tea/ coffee facilities plus even a microwave in the room. The room is tiny, but the beds are comfortable. Easy to check in, friendly staff.

There was no kitchen nor any kind of dishes, just one tea cup. So better to eat outside or pack some forks or spoons with you. But there was an electric kettle and little fridge, and even a microwawe.

For the price and location, the room was more than enough! You even have a shower and a sink the room. It's near all the main objekts, so you can walk easily around.
