We had a basic room and it’s great but not very big, also no facilities really (no food or drink) but this isn’t a holiday hotel it’s great for an overnight stop though

This hotel is in very moder and nice buidling. I was staying there with my 6 years old daughter. Our room was perfectly prepared and cleaned. Our check-in was smooth and early. Even we did not inform the hotel ahead, we had a chance to use our room from early morning hours. It was very pleasant and we appreciated. Especially Miss Malina was very nice and took care of our comfort. I would like to thank her and all staff members for our very nice stay.

I missed some cool drinks (Water) in the Minibar and the facility to make myself a coffee or tea.

I like the Futuristic Design of the Hotel and its approachability. The Bus Lines 19 & 25 and N3 (Night Bus) are in the City Center of Malaga in around 40 Minutes (More or Less depending on the Traffic. The Hotel is very clean and the staff members are very Friendly.

Everything is good But regarding the location, it is far from the city center But it is not a problem, right in front of the hotel there is a bus station, you take bus number (25) for a small amount of 1.4 euros per person, it takes you to the city center and also returns for the same amount

We stayed there for two days To be honest, we felt like we were at home. The service is more than wonderful. Ronnie and Ismail are the supervisors. They showed us the tourist places, and we were contacted in advance before arriving. treatment and cooperation make you want to visit again. The room is very clean and tidy and the hotel is also special Thank you from the bottom of my heart..

The location was quite far from Malaga, especially if you wanted to take the night buses. It took at least 30 min to the city center from the hotel bus stop which made exploring the city a bit harder. Furthermore the buses started to go more irregularly towards the night which made it harder to plan out the day as you hade to be careful to not miss the last buses and to avoid taking a bus that was to late as they tended to be packed with people. The stores and resturants near the hotell didn't seem very tourist friendly either, but that isn't something the hotell can control. Thought I should mention it though so that if you plan to stay here, your aware that you'll have better luck eating in the city.

The staff was excellent, helpful in telling us about the area and how to get to the city center. The staff was also very kind and spoke excellent English which was important as neither I nor my partner speaks Spanish. The room was very clean and nice. Rather minimalistic but modern and fresh.

An opportunity for improvement: It would have been good to share information, for instance here on Booking.com, about where to park the car for those who go by car. Since the entrance to the hostel is a bit anonymous and squeezed in between other shops and buildings we had to look around ourselves for a little while. The bed in our room was a double bed but rather small, maybe queen size? It felt a bit awkward for us, father and 17 year old son, to share this narrow bed, but it was ok and after all I booked the room myself so I should have noticed. There was clearly quite a lot of noise from the street in the morning when the traffic started. We were on the ground floor, so maybe it's better on a higher level.

We arrived late in the evening but it was not a problem. The staff working at the time was very helpful showing us where we could find places in the neighborhood where we could have dinner as well as breakfast next morning. The room was in very good condition and big enough for me and my son, who's a teenager, to stay for one night before leaving for other activities in the outskirts of Malaga. In particular I liked the shower that was really spacious, provided warm tap water right away and didn't let any water out on the bathroom floor (which I find is quite common in many hotels and hostels). The blinds outside the windows were really effective, the room stayed dark even if we slept in late. There were plenty of room for free parking less than a one minute walk away from the facility.

Bed is a bit too firm, but still sleep well.

We stay here often. Beautifully clean, big bed (although a little firm for me), excellent communication and zero contact check in and out. Lovely hot shower, air con is great and a fridge in the room too.
