It is necessary to pay extra for the air condition, this should be included in the price. It is better to ask for two beds, because a double bed is quite small and not that comfortable.

It is a small hotel with a family atmosphere. The main pros of this spot are that it's very close to the beach, bus stop, shop, and several restaurants. The couple who take care of the hotel are nice and helpful, and there is always enough to choose from for breakfast. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed regularly. At night it's quiet enough.

The room key gone wrong sometimes, but they gave us new ones always.

Staff was very kind! The rooms was nice! The breakfast is solid, and simple, but i think everybody can find something to eat. There is a terrace also for breakfast and you can use it afternoon too for ping-pong or foosball. The beach is in 2 minutes, and its near a street with full of bazars and restaurants. Perfect value for this money.

Very nice hotel with all the convenient service/ bus stop/ car rental… around, closed to the beach which is clean and calm. The man and the lady who run the hotel are super nice and caring! They had great hospitality and made so good breakfast there! I’d love to come back and stay here the next time :)

Very kindful, helpful and friendly hosts! Clean and fresh hotel with excellent location. Cosy breakfast made by the hosts. They left breakfast in our room before our departure (we left in the middle of the might) We were 2 adults plus one baby but would recommend this to couples due to small rooms and small elevator.

The best generous and thoughtful Seniorita ( making the best breakfasts for us) and Senior who were such exceptional people with big hearts, always ready to help. We came in the middle of the night and it wasn't a problem to check in.The room was nice, clean with the balcony and the hairdryer in the bathroom. The Sutimar has a perfect localisation, just one street from the beach, close to the restaurants and pubs. The area is not noisy with a close bus stop so you can easily travel to Palma, Airport or other cities you would like to visit. It's a perfect solution to people who want to relax and avoid the much louder Magaluf. We highly recommend this place run by great Spanish owners. It was a real pleasure eating breakfast at the open terrace and chatting in the morning. Alexandra and Kamil

Don't be put off by the fact this is classed as a Hostal - it is far better than a lot of hotels I have stayed in. The whole place was clean, well decorated and beautifully furnished. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect for us as a short walk to the end of the road took us to the main road through the town which was full of restaurants and shop and a quick hop across the road took us down to the beach - perfect.

Really friendly hosts, helpful with restaurant recommendations and help with bus timetables etc. Spotlessly clean everywhere - lovely returning to fresh towels and the room smelling fabulous. Well located for the beach, shops and restaurants.
