Lovely clean safe friendly hostal. Feels loved. Excellent value for money

There is no lift and we were on the second floor. We are in our seventies so getting our cases up two levels and two different steep staircases was very difficult. No help was offered. The door locks were awkward and the key from one fob had to be used for electricity. Ther are no bedside tables or lamps. The outside shutter was jammed and the inner window locks broken. In the nice new bathroom the shower wand badly needs to be reamed out to get an even flow of water.

Breakfast for €3.50 was good value. The bathroom was newly fitted out and good.

The beds were awful. They need to invest in new mattresses or at least a topper. A mini refrigerator would be a nice addition.

Everything was perfect

The hotel was in the middle of Seville, in a very nice and quiet street. The building and its inside is very beautiful from architectural point of view. The staff was super friendly. The room was pretty big and clean

From the very first minute we liked Hostal Sierpes. We arrived a few hours before the check-in time and were offered to leave our bags in a locker until chick in time. The receptionists were really helpful and professional. The interior and location are really fantastic.

The room could benefit from sound proofing, but the building is an old one and well decorated.

The room is very basic, monastic almost but it suited my needs for a short stay.

Price was very high but it was the first day of the April Fair, so peak season. Character property but no lift (to be expected of course)

There was no electricity during our stay. We woke up early in the morning to only find out that we need to pack our bags in the dark, no hot shower, and no breakfast, which luckily we didn't order in advance, but as an option it was not available anymore due to lack of electricity. The staff had no idea what the issue was, no-one could help, so we left feeling miserable and disappointed. For the price we paid the room was very basic. Also, one of the beds was broken. You could only sleep close to one side. Otherwise, you would fall as it was slightly crooked. Disappointing experience.

Overall experience was poor. People were nice but that's about it. The location was great, walking distance to the main attractions.

House keeping entered room without knocking then didn't come back to clean after I had left. Day 2 cleaned but no paper cup, no shower gel. Room could do with good clean. Very dusty under bed, hairs on bathroom walls & I found a drawing pin on the bedroom floor which could have caused accident if I was without shoes.

Very welcoming receptionist, spacious and clean room, good bed, hot shower, AC, TV. More than expected from 1 star. Very beautiful building with patio, ceramics and wooden futniture. Also nice basic breakfast for only 3,5 in a beautiful room, this option saved me a lot of time (because service in cafés of Sevilla isn't quick, there are too many people)

difficult to locate the hotel and facilities were basic

the hotel was dated but the room was pleasant and clean. The hotel was well located for cathedral and main areas of Seville.

Nothing really! It was just as described and dud not disappoint!

The Hostal was just as I expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room clean, quiet and comfortable. Great shower! Very central too.

Just a minor issue with hearing talking in the courtyard in the morning. Easily fixed with ear plugs if you want to sleep in.

The central indoor courtyards are as nice as in the pictures. Lovely to relax in. Located in the heart of the old town. Interesting modern bathroom.

Everything was fine.

Very helpful personnel, a great room (I was concerned that it was in a hostel, but it was a real hotel room). It was also warm (they heat with the AC), and it was very important for me.
