The location could be better. I booked a much nicer hotel in a central location (next to Torre de Madrid) for a similar price.

The staff was very nice. The location isn't great. The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The room was small but sufficient. There is an elevator in the building.

While my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of things I didn’t love. The pillows in the room were too soft for my taste, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the location is quite far from the city center, making it less convenient for exploring.

Small breakfast room for all the guests, prepare to wait a bit and share table with other customers. The main waiter at breakfast is awful, bad service and not helpful. Very rude. Still 10-15 min walking from the subway. Expect 1hr journey to get to city center by public transportation.

As mentioned, no kitchenette in the room. Toiletries consisted of one bar of soap in the bathroom and hand soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The toilet is in a separate small room with a light on a motion sensor. The oddest thing about this unit is that the shower stall and the bathroom are open on one side to the space between the bedroom and the sitting area. If privacy is important to a guest, this is not the place to stay. The furnishings and decor are a bit eclectic but the lack of privacy in the bathroom and shower is a bit over the top.

This is an interesting hotel. Overall the 3 night stay was fine. Staff at check in and check out were pleasant. The young lady at check in was very helpful with answering our questions during the stay. Restaurant staff were very efficient especially during breakfast hours. Breakfast was fine with good food options. Ample parking on the street right out front. The room was very clean. We reserved a Junior suite with a kitchenette but there was no kitchenette in this unit, only a small bar fridge. We did get an electric kettle and two cups from the front desk for a hot drink in the morning. The room was on the top floor and it had 2 balconies, one being a wrap around and one small one with a table and chairs. Beautiful view of the city from the balconies. There is a mercado not far away. Overall it was very comfortable.

The location is a bit tricky. It's a bit outside the main centre roads, so there are not too many taxis or Uber's in the area. Had to wait longer than usual for transportation.

Comfortable and good sized room. The check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was quiet.

The hot/cold water control in the shower was bit too sensitive. slightest movement of tap to right or left changed the temperature drastically.

The room size was ok, but not great. bathroom was good size. Hotel is not too far from metro station which is convenient. Overall, a good place for business traveller, specially if your work location is nearby

Perfect hotel for families. Our room was rather large with three beds, a sofa, table, and kitchenette (with plates/bowls, utensils, microwave). There is plenty of free parking around the hotel, a grocery store down the street, and a Burger King around the corner. The hotel breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. My favorite was the raw honeycomb.

Gym was very outdated: 4 out of 5 machines were not functioning...In the room, which was nicely decorated; It was a surprise to not have a table? For business-travellers table is a must. Also the floor was nice deco but in the toilet it was full of stains - bit uncomfortable, considering hotel is not cheap.

As always, Mirador hotel has something "special". Also here the decoration overall was nice. However, here the age was shown in many places.

One of the reasons I booked was because the reviews for breakfast were so positive but the vegetarian options were not great and they were served in the same hot plates with the meat with the same serving spoon so I didn't eat the baked beans and the spoon has been used for the best next it. For the price & 'quality' of the hotel they should organise the vegetarian food separately.

Lift is not excceble from the ground floor level which is a little uncomfortable, but you can use another side lift to carry the luggage. It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel due to limited public transport in the street where the hotel is located. Hotel looks like an ordinary residential building from outside with many other neighbouring surrounding it which are limiting the view.

Good hotel with special room decorations. Breakfast is good with some verity of food. Parking your own car outside is manageable.

No flexible room service, tiny teapots, not enough bins in the room or English TV, no breakfast before 8am despite being 10mins from the airport - I was very ill during my stay and no one told me the pharmacy was 10m from the house!

toilet light requires to move each 30s, window's blinds malfunctioning, when you shower all the room becomes humid (no separation), staff had difficulties to speak English
