Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNo coffee/tea making facilities in room. I specifically emailed the property ahead of my stay to ask for twin beds which they confirmed. At check in I was given a double bed.

CanadaRun down areas across the hotel. Would be nice to have a place to sit outside .
Close to the Jerez Hospital for follow-up treatment as we live in Ubrique. Great location for quick shopping. It is a shame, though, that the area is quite a bit run down and shabby.

United KingdomThe location was a bit remote for me since I was travelling alone and using public transport. You can take a bus from Lidl to the centre and there's a bus stop opposite that will take you to the train station but it takes quite a while to get there.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. If you have a car, it's a great place to stay.

United Kingdomhave tea and coffee facilities in the room. there is an old petrol station just outside the entrance to the hotel which could be made to look a little better but this is probably nothing to do with the hotel.
The hotel staff were lovely, helped whenever we needed, the room is not huge but has good storage, a TV, the bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower which was great. the bed was super comfy and a really good size. the only 'bad' thing is that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. there is a supermarket across the road if you want any snacks etc. The area the hotel is in is a little edge of the town/industrial in terms of there is warehouses across the road and a duel carriage way outside but we were in a room that was facing it and it wasnt noisy. the hotel is nice though and very good value. there is a secure car park which is free.

United Kingdom10 euro surcharge for a dog seems very steep! You're either pet friendly or not. It's not a business opportunity. I would stay again, but adding the cost of the dog, there are cheaper options. A couple more hooks on the wall in the room would be great.
Very comfortable bed. Quiet - not disturbed by noise from other rooms. Basic, but functional room - everything you need. I really liked the coffee machine! What a good idea! Close to 3 supermarkets and various cafes. Easy to get to, and drive into Jerez, but not to get to the centre walking or by public transport.

GibraltarThe noise from the motorway was noisy and kept waking me up but it was fine. The extra bed to get in and out you would catch yourself on the hard wooden base around it, need a higher mattress Think we were given one of the older rooms, as when we walked in and out cleaners where cleaning other rooms thst looked much nicer and newer.
Nice and comfy, and a nice breakfast. Not even 5 minutes walk to the Tio Pepe festival, which we where there for ☺️ Carefour shopping centre across the road for all your needs. And not to far to the shopping centre and IKEA.

SpainThe hotel was dated, they've spent money on advertising posters but this was not spent in the rooms. The beds were old with mattress toppers instead of mattresses, there were no sockets next to the bed and the bathroom smelt of damp dirty water
The hotel was fairly near the town
