The cleanest hostel I've ever stayed at. Within walking distance from the center of everything. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was impeccable. Highly recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like, apart from being on the bottom bunk and it being a small gap between top and bottom bunk.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved that the ladies had separate bathroom/ toilets to the men. Was good to have a kitchen where we could cook, and a dining room where we could sit and eat.

10 out of 10 would recommend. Very clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal area. Really lovely staff that make you feel at home. I stayed in an 8-bunk room. Comfortable bed with good pillow and bedding. The social events are lovely too, I made several new friends

Seriously - only tiny (TINY) things like turning mattresses or fixing squeaky beds - it's an AMAZING hostel!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. The kitchen, though small, is really well provided (good selections of pots and pans, and utensils, also salt, pepper and oil for cooking!!). It was also really lovely to come out in the morning to fresh coffee <3 The social spaces are great and the whole vibe is one of the friendliest that I've encountered. Highly recommend!!

This is my second time coming to Itaca hostel🤗.  I have the same impression as the first time, the best hostel I've been to🚀.  What makes Ithaca THE BEST? - PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE in the first place🫀. -Then the ambiance itself full of details that make you feel at home. - Cleanliness... Ps: Special thanks to the beautiful young women who works at the reception and her colleague because understanding my crazy hysterical moments regarding the 'disappearance' of my New Year's Eve dress🙈😄.  When a person travels and spends a lot of time alone she has some strange reactions 😄 I will return to Itaca again and honestly I already miss you. What a super staff! Special shout out to Julio, Sassy and Dexter. I arrived alone but stayed with friends. It feels like a small family in a big busy city. There was something every evening so dont worry you wont know what to do with yourself. I am definitely coming back!

The lower bunker was a bit low, bummed my head against the metal bar a few times.

The property was very compact and cute, very colorful and comfortable common areas! Also the staff was very sociable and accommodating!

We had a bunk next to the balcony door which was open and couldn't close because the bed was in the way. Not a huge problem but it did make it a little cold in the middle of the night.

The hostel was extremely clean and had a lovely common area with room to sit on the balconies and eat/drink. The lockers were sizeable and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There's free tea and coffee that you can help yourself to. We only stayed one night so didn't need the showers but the bathroom facilities were fine.

The beds are small the room have a horrible smell at night and the lights are not so good and the staires so small

Localisation is perfect near to the gothique street and the cathedral near rambla and placa catalonya
