Let me down badly when my son flew over to join me for the last few days of 10 day's stay. Couldn't extend stay via reception desk but easily booked a further three days on Booking.com but given horrible no view room 108 overlooking curtained sun beds rather than pool view I had paid for.

I think sound isolation, that's the bigger problem, off louds hotels.

Thanks staff, to make check in little bit earlier. Close to bus stops. Looks really nice hotel, was only 1 night.

You need to take cash/credit card to dinner to cover wine etc. Apparently one has to pre-organise having extras charged to your room account - odd that.

Although I had booked a single room I was allocated a very nice small double. I found the buffet breakfast and evening meals to be adequately varied with plenty of choice for most tastes. My room was kept perfectly clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Very likely I will stay again on my extended tour of the island.

The size of the room. It was impossible to open the suitcase in the room unless you put it on the bed impossible. Bed was far to big for the size of room

Hotel staff was rude and ineffective. Water was leaking from the room above us into our room.

Food was very repetitive very little change between choices so 10 nights half board was a waste of money. Rooms although clean could do with a freshen up. Beds uncomfortable. Air conditioning was just air being circulated. Asked at reception if we could have a chair with arm on it for the room as my partner cannot sit without support for her arm this was flatly refused with arrogance by the chap on the front desk which is very disappointing given the cost of our stay.

Have stayed here several times. always enjoy our time here. location is perfect for us. staff are usually polite. and give any information needed.

There is a great variety of food at breakfast or dinner, but the quality and taste can be improved. The coffee included in the meal is terrible. They only have great coffee at the bar. Water and drinks from breakfast, not so good. The room had a strange smell when we arrived. We had to buy an air wick.

We got the best view from Can Pastilla. The staff is very kind and professional. The evenings at the bar or balcony are really relaxing. Very good cocktails at the pool bar. Great pool. Close to everything. You can get to the biggest shopping mall in 5 minutes by car. Also 5 minutes from the airport by car. The lady which makes pancakes is very nice.

Buffet was great on all meals, with seafood and great diversity everyday. There was even a thematic corner, changing everyday, like mexican, italian, french, local food, etc. Everybody was really nice. Nice music show by night. The bedroom was very confy, with great seaview. Very silent by night, easy to rest. Located on a very safe area. With great diversity of pubs nearby. Really enjoyed our stay! Great relation price/quality presented.

Singer events were too short, like few songs.

Description and images matches reality. Pool was big enough for all, with enough sunbeds. Food was exceptional, with theme nights etc.

One day we returned back to the room in the night and there were ants all over the room. When we said there are ants in the room they said "It is common here" then they gave us another room, in which there was a water leakage in the AC which kept on dripping

- Didn't have AntiSmells in the toilet (though have common toilet in case dont eant to leave smell) - Few days of music in the night, and limited up to 11pm (per local regulations) - Touristic fee (per local)

- Bed very comfortable, even the 1 person is wide enough. Memory pillows. - The staff was really helpful when i had to request guidance regarding services. Also they allow me to store luggage for free. Moreover i lost keys 3 or for times and they gave me copy with no charge and blocked the lost ones in the moment. - Localization is perfect. In front of the stop heading for Palma or other zones. Full of restaurants. 3 supermarkets around and also other mini markets. Pharmacy 200ms. - Minifridge in room included - Beach with shower. - Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool for free. Massage services. - Bike rental next building - ATM in the door

100 m away from the beach in a beautiful city with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend! :)
