I LIKE THE LOCATION OF HOTEL, AND CLEANNESS OF JS PALAM STAY HOTEL. FOOD, STAFF, IT WAS AMAZING, I LIKE IT,

OVER ALL AS A LOCATINO, IT WAS VERY GOOD FOR ME. BUT AS WE ARE STAYING TWO COLLEAGUES IT WAS SMALL FOR TWO PERSON, SPECIALY BATHROOM , WHEN WE TAKING SHOWER WE HAVE TO STAND STREIGHT. AND THERE SHOULD BE AT LEST ONE LITTER WATER BOATTLE FOR PER/PERS/PER/DAY BCZ IT IS NATURAL SOURACE FOR BEAING HUMAN. AND THERE SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTRY KETTLE FOR WARM WATER.

Many things were not functioning such as our door, the phone, the sauna in the spa. Also many little additional charges such as: paying extra to use safe, extra for spa towels, and etc.

The fact there are not lockers in the sauna. the beds were not available because people put clothes and bags. Also, couple of times the door of the room was opened by the hotel staff, I don't know the reason, but both times I was in the bathroom having shower and wasn't great.

Pool swim up bar not open, but it was late in the season (mid October) so not a real problem for us as the waitress service from the pool side bar was good, including to roof top terrace jacuzzi where you can catch the last rays of the day!

Good quiet location with easy bus access to airport, Palma, local beach and restaurants. Good hotel facilities including nice pools, well equipped Gym, roof top terrace, suitcase storage Great staff and excellent cleanliness!

These aren't really things we didn't like. Purely observation. The shower in our room was not very powerful and neither was the hair dryer. But both worked just fine ☺️ The only fresh water station/ dispenser we found was in the gym, which closes as 8pm. If you otherwise want fresh water, you can buy it at a vending machine for €2.50 or in the restaurant for €2.85. The steam room was not working during the time we stayed at the hotel.

We stayed for a week, Saturday to Saturday. The staff are wonderful all around. We had an amazing welcome when checking in and the ladies at reception were implacable all throughout. The restaurant staff, from the hostess, to the waiters and the chefs, they were all great, always helpful and on point. We also booked a spa treatment each, which we both enjoyed and had a great experience with. All staff were multilingual, and English & German were widely spoken by multiple people. The food was lovely with plenty of choice each day. Booking the half board was certainly worth it. The lunch restaurant was very well priced, with generous portions and tasty. The hotel itself is in a great location and super close to the beach which we loved. It also has wonderful pool areas and the roof terrace was just lovely. We highly recommend travelling by bus. To and from the airport (which is €5 per adult) and into Palma city as well (which is €2 per adult). The airport bus only takes cash, but the city buses can be paid from contactless card payment. If you do prefer travelling by taxi, please use Uber. We found taxi drivers to be charging for the same trips as Uber drivers, €10-15 more. Overall we had the most amazing stay and cannot wait to be back.

The laundry service. This is a company out with the hotel that they use so not the actual hotel. They did not take responsibility for dying brand new clothing bought at the airport the day before and tried to make excuses, they did not offer a refund, they agreed to remove the stains that they caused but the item was not looked after and did not come back in good condition. Hotel staff were very kind and tried their best but the laundry have poor customer service and obviously poor skills unfortunately.

We loved the spa and adult only.

The sink in the bathroom was too big, too close to the door which caused a bit of wriggling around it! The indoor pool was lovely but people were inclined to get into the lift dripping wet which wasn't OK for others as it caused it to be slippy, one solution would be a mat that obsorbs water!

Breakfast was a fabulous choice, so much on offer, the location was ideal, 2 mins walk to the beach, fantastic!

It's rather a nice to have, what to improve category, because I did not saw it on other hotels either: The food choice was llimited due the missing lactose free for yoghurt, icecream, desserts. Smoking areas was not well separated (e.g.: next to the indoor swimming pool door). The room was isolated and quiet despite the closeness to the airport, however in my room the air conditioner thermostat emitted weird electrical noises, it was annoying, woked up due to it.

Well prepared, prodessional, exceptionally friendly staff. They will help you no matter what, even if you have the strangest problems or questions (special thanks for Andrea!). The bed was amazingly comfortable with the five pillow. The indoor gym, spa and especially the sauna will allow youbto relax to the next level.
