I had the stay at your hotel 10 days during 1.-11.3.2024. There was bugs at my room. And I got lot of bugi bites to my body. So, I had to make lot of freezing/heating things for all my clothes, bags etc. Other thing was that I ordered and we were agreed upon that I'll got cold breakfast at 6 am before my early flight. But, I didn't got nothing breakfast, at the reception they didn't know nothing about order of cold breakfast. I was really disappoint about these things. Br, Terho Pekkarinen.

The windows of our room faced the backyard because of this from 6 am we could hear how the kitchen was working and the staff was transporting dishes. But we like to sleep with the windows open. with the windows closed, they can't be heard.

It was a beautiful place! The staff was friendly, the breakfasts and lunches were lovely, there was something new every day. The spa area is not very big but we loved it. Every night there was some kind of show at the bar.

Something is off with the hotel software - it takes inexplicably long time to check-in, what causes queues at the reception all around the clock. Although it didn't affect me personally, the check-out time is listed as 11:00, despite the reservation indicating 12:00. Also, the hotel is advertised as "Non-smoking throughout", but in fact there are ash trays and smoking on the balconies is allowed - it was a disappointment since I'm sensitive to the cigarette smoke. The steam room in the SPA area seems to be closed for quite some time already due to a malfunction, so only one sauna was available for guests. While the hotel is clean overall, the bathroom ceiling in our room (101) was super dirty and crooked, and basically it should be replaced. And the very last: one pillowcase was torn and one was stained, please replace linen on time.

Caring and welcoming staff. Overall clean and well maintained. Super diverse and plentiful breakfasts and dinners (drinks at the dinner ordered separately). SPA area is free to use for hotel guests - it was nice to spend evenings in the sauna and in the small heated indoor pool (didn't try other pools including outdoor ones due to a rather cold & windy weather, pool bar was also not manned because of that). Nice location: there are multiple beaches nearby, and a nice observation deck along the sea shore. Palma is reachable by foot, the route is pretty scenic and takes about 1.5h one way. Taxi from the ferry port costs around 12-14€, to the airport 17-19€.

Good location, the food is good and versatile, with themes of flavors, bike rental and the possibility to store your own bike and a good opportunity to relax in the wellness/spa section after the bike tour. 🙋‍♂️🚵‍♂️👍🍻

Nice Bar in the swimming pool. Nice relaxing area on the roof. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Possibility to rent bycicles.

The rooms are a bit small ,although we did not spend much time there! But the bathroom definitely a little too small!! I do object to having to pay for a safe.

The only thing that could have been improved was there was no iron in the room, I did borrow one from reception but it was a tiny travel iron without an ironing board.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful, there are multiple outside pools and rooftop jacuzzi that were always clean and lots of nice little areas to relax around the pools. The swim-up bar was a great place to hang out and get chatting with other guests. The spa was really excellent and had much better facilities than we were expecting. The location is brilliant, 10 minutes from the airport right near the beach and some bars/ restaurants etc. The food was really nice and we actually had the majority of our meals there as it was a good standard. Overall would highly recommend the hotel and we would love to go back again.

The area around the pool wasn't very big and there didn't seem to be enough sunbeds. Also the tiles around the pool were slippery when wet.

Had some issues with our toilet and kept trying to have them fix it but unfortunately wasn’t resolved during our stay.

Great location, hotel is modern and well decorated. The pool areas, gym and bars are wonderful. Most of the staff are super nice and helpful. Walkable but still peaceful and quiet.

Very busy- felt overbooked. Although apparently it’s not allowed everyone was reserving sun beds which made it hard to get beds most days. Breakfast always had long lines particularly for hot drinks. For price would expect it to have a less busy feel. Room felt cramped size wise.

Spa is lovely and very quiet- rarely other people in. Breakfast itself is nice. Staff are really friendly and efficient. Amazing cocktails. Location wise near to walk to beach. Cleaning staff were amazing! Good restaurants near by. Nice bathroom

Rooms where not cleaned just beds made and new towels of a morning. On our last day they had taken away a row of sunbeds meaning the ones out was cramped

The floor drain in the shower was clogged, I assume guests go to the beach and came back to take a shower, the sand builds up really fast. it could be an inevitable problem, I guess not only occurred in my room. While everyday they clean the my bathroom very well, really appreciated that!

perfect location, 2minutes to the beach, also close to airport. you can find everything nearby , bar , restaurant or supermarket. The swimming pool is very nice, clean water, wonderful music. staff is friendly and helpful.

The pool fills up FAST so its hard to get seats unless you're out at like 8am. That said, there is additional seating on a second floor area next to the pool but the downside is you're not right near the pool. Everything is a tad bit dated (including the spa). The room was very small and not incredibly clean. They also require a deposit for things like a pool towel and even to use the safe in the room - a bit stingy.

The facilities are nice. The pools are well kept and it's great there are a couple pools for options and space. The swim up bar is a fun thing to have too. The spa is great although a little dated and the hotel gym wasn't bad (but also not super robust.)
