Friendly staff. Helpfull with parking garage. Helpfull with leaving early - they ask us if we would like a picknick to go. And at 05:45 there was a nice picknick bag for us!

Rooms did not have a broom for sweeping up sand and there was only a small waste bin - those things could be improved upon, otherwise all perfect!

Room was clean (apart from few moody spots in the shower), location was perfect (right at the beach), breakfast was plentiful with a nice view.

Tea making facilities but no milk available. Parking is extra and is either further away on the sea front (machines rechargeable every 3 hours) or by underground parking. The hotel has a few spaces at 18 or 19€ per day. Factor this in. There is an area to unload luggage outside the hotel.

It wasn’t a problem but a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults in our room. Slightly higher cost for the hotel but having the swimming pool was very special on a winters day! Thank goodness for google maps to get us to the hotel from Barcelona via walking, bus and train, would have been very hot in the summer.

The small hotel was beautiful and worth a bit of effort to get to via public transport. We stayed just after Christmas and was blessed with beautiful sunny days which made our visit to the free top floor swimming pool stunning! We chose Lloret de Mar as our base as we wanted to explore the rugged coastline which had scenic cliff top footpaths and access to the coves and sea (more interesting than the plain sandy strips further south). We visited the pretty evergreen gardens Jardines de Santa Clotilde on the cliffs. The buffet breakfast was perfect for a busy day adventuring. Surprised by how busy the bay was being winter but then it was holiday season.

Everything was perfect.. room with sea view .. had a real comfy bed.. room cleaned every day .. the food was excellent and varied on each day..staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was only two things that I thought needed some attention . The rooms came with tea and coffee making facilities but had no milk available and when I asked for some at reception I was told they weren't allowed to supply it. The other problem was the noise from the street I didn't quieten down until 01.30 and I had to leave for a flight at 04.45

The room was very good the bed huge and very comfortable.The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. I think the thing that surprised me most was the incredible choice of food that was available for breakfast.

Lack of 4-star-hotel amenities: - some issues with the sink being clogged (not reported - not sure when they would have been solved, maybe fast) - no shower cap / body lotion / hair conditioners / ear sticks / make-up pads (which you usually get in a 4-star hotel); just solid soap and sohwer gel (and shampoo 2 in 1) - gym was pretty poor (I don't think more than 2 people would have had place to work out) - pool was too big for the space it was placed in: the sunbeds had to be placed in a weird position - pretty blank rooms (but normal for a beach hotel) - no place to hang your wet swimming suits / towel (if you don't have a balcony) - not cleaned in hard-to-reach places (behind the door, around the tv frame, between the sink and the trash in the bathroom) - no trash in the room itself (just in the bathroom)

The location - it was very close to the beach. Great breakfast!! (Not the coffee, but the food was great and the coffee wasn't the worst)

The room lacked music, and it was difficult to find a music channel on the TV. The TV didn’t support YouTube or allow us to play radio. The only option was to play music via USB, but who records music on a USB these days?

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. Everything was fresh, and I enjoyed every meal with great pleasure each day.
