Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms were too small and the bathroom design was weird. There seems to be no soundproofing at all because you could hear the quietest noise.

Too warm in the rooms, and very very noisy ( I could hear literally everything coming from the rooms and the doors) ! I couldn’t really sleep

Bathrooms should be renovated and also the furniture in the room is not the newest. Extremely slow elevator to the garage (waiting time ~10 min). For that price the standard could be a little bit higher.
Good location, nice breakfast with a lot of variation, reliable room service and parking directly under the hotel.

Bedroom would need a refresh and improvement on soundproofing. Breakfast was a bit limited in choice for the price if you don't eat savory food for breakfast.
Nice hotel and staff. Hotel is located in a great area and well connected with bus and nearby tube.

The design of the walk-in shower is very impractical and there ended up being water everywhere all over the bathroom. The single rooms look bigger in the photos on the website.
Pro: Very kind staff, good location where popular bars and restaurants are a few blocks away, and street was fairly quiet at night. The room service was delicious and fast!

The hairdryer could be better, it had no cool flow button which made me really struggle to dry the hair. Fun facts: there was a dressing gown but no slippers, there was cream but no coffee... You can use coffee machine at the reception but two coffees and a bottle of water cost me over 9 euros...
Well located stay in a comfy and clean room with a nice bed.

The single room was oriented to the small backyard so there was no daylight in the room which was a bit depressive. :-)
Nice and clean room with all necessary facilities, the hotel is located in a good neighbourhood - not far away from the main city center

A little dar fro the centre but we liked the walk. The room felt a bit damp and cold with the air conditioning but it was very humid during our stay. Mattresses were a little hard for us but other people might not find them so. It was expensive but it was better value than other places.
Convenient and clean. Great shower with good water pressure. We liked the option to not have the room cleaned every day. Free drink if you chose this. Nice environmental bonus.

The bathroom was very dirty, there were brown stains on the bathtub, sink and toilet. In the bathtub with just a bit of pressure and water the stains came out, so it made me feel like the cleaning done before our arrival was very superficial even though it took almost 30 minutes after our check in time to get the room because they were still “cleaning”. Another annoying thing was that the rooms were not soundproof at all, we could hear our neighbors TV till 2am and shouting and laughing throughout the days.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location and amount of transport around the hotel was perfect for a short stay.

We opted out for housekeeping so we could sleep in since we were partying all evening the night before. We had a sign out opting out housekeeping and “do not disturb” yet housekeeping on the floor was extremely noisy we could here every move they made.
The location was excellent, a quiet neighborhood with lots of cozy cafes, and the staff was very friendly.
