The night manager Yosi checked us in and he was super helpful. He let us know about the facilities and places to visit in Majorca and around the hotel. He even offered us a drink. The service by the hotel staff was excellent.

Sound proof of the rooms isn’t brilliant. I had a room next to the elevators (206) and you could hear everything. Like the doors offered no muffling. So wouldn’t recommend this room, maybe they were a bit better down the hall The breakfast isn’t 10/10. The self serve bit with the scrambled eggs/sausage etc. was quite cold but ordered an omelette which was good

The pool area and sunbeds are lovely. Was so quiet when I was there which was lovely. I got a free upgrade which was great!! And the room was really nice. Great bed. Really bright. The shower is separate and has a window looking out to the ocean.

Fun police around the pool. Very loud busy road running beside the hotel. A shower in the room that flooded the whole suite. Shabby balconies and very small.

Pool area and gardens were lovely. Room also very good. Public areas bright and clean. Chocolates and cava in the suite on arrival was a lovely touch.

The service was top class - especially Jordi he was super helpful and gave us recommendations for places to eat . He was Always friendly and welcoming when we came Back and asked if we had a nice evening. He’s an asset to your team . Hotel room was very clean and we got an upgrade which was very kind ! Very attentive staff, very cozy rooms with free bottles of water and coffee capsule machines in the room. I have stayed a few times in this hotel and last time I had a free bottle of cava delivered to the room.

The location of the hotel was excellent, beach 15min walking, center of palma 30min by bus and airport about 40min. Breakfast amazing, plenty options and really tasted. The staff was super friendly- thanks Jordi, Paloma and Maica( I was not sure about her name, the girl from the bar) they make our stay fabulous:)

Everything the food, hospitality and staff were absolutely first class. A big thank you for the room upgrade to a suite from Jordie and thank you Paula for her pleasant welcome at breakfast. The pool area was fabulous and the beds so comfortable as were the cocktails!!! Lovely and quiet and relaxing will definitely be back.

We had a small floading with the shower but nothing dramatic. We were near the elevator and could hear some rumbling noise every time it would move.

The breakfast could be improved on, the croissants were very small and not very nice, there could be a better cooked breakfast option, there was a card on the table with a few things but all the mornings I was there no one ever came and asked me.

Breakfast could do with some improvement, the Hot Breakfast was left out with no heat so everything was cold. You could ask for a freshly cooked omelette.

Room was excellent I was upgraded to a Sea View large room on the 7th Floor. Amazing views and load of Room with a small lounge.. Really high quality !
