The booking was changed last minute but they still accommodated all our beds needed.

Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Cute little bar in reception and breakfast was fairly basic but nice (and cava available!) Swimming pool was nice and refreshing. Rooms were very clean and modern.

you could here the lift going up and down from the room we stayed in, it was the nearest one to the lift, but could live with it

The hotel has gone downhill from our previous stay. It looked tired, towels and toiletries were of poor quality and it just needed an upgrade. The hotel seemed to attract more groups than when we have stayed previous and it has been more couples. Walls in the rooms are paper thin. Sky bar is closed.

We've stayed here before under the previous hotel name. Convenient location and good for couples. Not adults only but doesnt get many families with children due to the depth of the pool which suits us. Good location and price point.

the shower was open window onto the balcony so family couldn’t sit on the balcony whilst anyone using the shower.

The Hotel was abit hard to find as no clear name on the road or anywhere I could see, but the hotel itself was clean, comfy and good value and in a great location a few min walk down to the port. Overall a great hotel and I would stay again.

The parking for the hotel was not easy to find! However, eventually, when we did find it, it was plentiful. The room I was given had a shared balcony with 3 other rooms - you could see into the neighbouring rooms, and this made it very uncomfortable to sit on the balcony when others were there too. It also meant that conversations in the room were not private and that people staying in rooms higher up could see us, which meant that we didn't really enjoy the use of the balcony during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offering wasn't particularly comprehensive but good enough. I specifically asked for a sea view room and was told by the receptionist that the room had a sea view - but I couldn't see much of the sea from my room, except between two buildings. This was disappointing. The waitress in the morning at breakfast was lovely. The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were generally helpful. We were given free use of YouTube and Netflix, which was nice. The room was quite spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient, and we could get to places within about 15 minutes of driving. The shower in the room was lovely, and they provided robes and slippers, which was nice. On balance, there are better rooms/hotels available in the price range.

Room didn't lock and staff were uninterested and said it has been a problem for months with no issues but my wife was travelling there with 2 friends so not safe at all and a terrible start to their trip. Eventually after complaining (and despite the hotel being full - apparently), they did move to a worse room but at least it locked.

Very small balcony Mirrors located too close to wall so had to sit on bed to straighten hair but not enough space to do this easily .If mirror was closer to middle then this would have been easier. No mirror on wall where chair is located as tv takes up whole of wall No English Tv channels

Noise!! We stayed on the 7th floor and could hear the constant noise from the lift winding gear which meant we only managed about 4hrs sleep each night. I spoke to other guests staying on the 7th floor who also said it disturbed their sleep. This was only a 3 night mini break so we put up with it, if we had been staying longer we would have asked to move rooms or checked out. The female receptionist on duty during the day was ignorant and rude.

Room was spacious with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a fairly good selection and was served until 11.00am. Sun loungers very comfortable

Usual issue of people reserving beds at the pool with towels and being away from them for hours!

Well situated for the area with great access to the port and village. Taxi rank is close and there is also a path all the way to Palma Nova

The room size was fine, but useless because of the open sink sutructure. Bathroom was built near the balcony and you can be visible from next room bathroom. Balcony was small and very noisy. Also, there was a loud music sound from pool starting early morning until the midnight.

Breakfast was enough and not bad. Location was good. See view from balcony was beautiful.

Booked the hotel because of the pool which we couldn't use got no compensation for that but they were still happy to charge me 5 euros for a small box of pringles

While the location is ideal for walking to the main stroll, the hotel is located off a primary thoroughfare which means that you can hear traffic from your balcony. Rooms seem to be soundproof so your sleep is not interrupted.

My suite had a lovely view of the sea in the distance. Room decor was fantastic and had a modern nautical vibe. Complimentary bottled water and balcony were nice to have. The walk to restaurants was 5-7 minutes depending on which restaurant you were headed to.

If noise at night is a problem don't accept a suite on the 7th floor - especially room704 the noise from the lift motors is really bad!!!!!!!

I requested a suite that wasn't close to the lifts to ensure a quiet stay, and despite this the hotel gave us the closest suite to the lifts! :-( As a result the lift motors were almost above our suite and we got no sleep at all on the first night. Emma the onsite manager was very helpful the following morning, had she not have been I would have found another hotel. She shown me another room on the 7th floor, operated the lifts to test but you could still hear them. We tried a suite further away on the 6th floor and that was perfect. The hotel is very clean, nice but small pool, all the staff were excellent, breakfast had limited options, but was well prepared, location is great. Just a shame we got no sleep on the first night of a short break and the hotel group did not offer any refund or discount for the inconvenience :-(
