Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, exactly how hotel staff should be. Very pleased with them. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walking distance from metro station, 7-8 minutes to the Boqueria, 20 min walk to the Aquarium. Breakfast was ok for 10 euro, but I would have liked to have vegetables as well. You had a buffet but no veggies, just fruit. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily.

We booked the room for 2pm which is the earliest check in time they offer, when we went to check in at 4pm, they said the room is not ready. We got into our room 4:30 pm. Which is 2,5h later than booked.

Staff was really very friendly and helpful. The location for visiting Barcelona is perfect. In between 2 metro stops. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Quite and peaceful in the center

Late breakfast (7:30-10:30) not suitable if you need to leave early, very simple and the same menu every day. The rooms are clean but I can't rate them as 3* unfortunately - the rooms without external windows are not what I expected.

The location is supreme - very close to La Rambla and Barceloneta, you can get on foot to Sagrada Familia or Cathedral. The public transport is excellent as well - Funicular to Montjuic (including Olympic Stadium), metro line to Camp Nou, buses to Park Guell etc. The shared lobby with a coffee machine - good things for sure. The personnel are friendly.

This hotel is next to a small bar, although its a busy city center the noise did wake me up at points.

The hotel is central to Barcelona, a 5 minute walk from Las Ramblas and easy access to the metro. It was a 30m walk to Park Guell and right next to gothic quater giving is the perfect opportunity to explore Barcelona. This hotel is a 10m walk to the beach and near lots of restaurants.

At night you could hear other guests with children and music. It wasn't very loud but if you are sensitive about noise, it can probably be disturbing.

We loved our room, especially the shower, and the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. The room was clean and the patio downstairs was also very nice. We actually loved the style of the whole hotel. Coffee and tea were available for all guests at any time. The elevators were working well and breakfast was fine too.

Tiny bars of soap. No coffee maker in the room and no way to convert English tv shows into original language. Only BBC was in English , everything else was in Spanish.

The stay was excellent. My only issue was with the need to pay in advance using a time-sensitive link that was communicated through booking.com. While maybe this may be common practice, it did make me suspicious in advance. Everything was fine upon arrival though.

This is a lovey modern hotel just a couple of minutes walk away from the centre of Barcelona. I found the staff to be very friendly and keen to help. The hotel is fresh and clean : my room was peaceful and comfortable with a hot shower.

The hotel is located just 5mins walk off the rambla in a good road filled with convenient shops and restaurants. Comfortable enough for a few day's stay and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
