Delayed check in to 2.30pm was a little frustrating as we only had one day to explore however I appreciate if your busy your busy. Walls a little thin when other folks crank on the shower. These are really minor issues...it really was a top choice and we would definitely recommend and return.

Absolutely lovely and well appointed hotel in the middle of all the action yet whisper quiet inside. The terrace was an absolute bonus and the plunge pool and free cappuccinos just topped our stay off.

Breakfast was ok but for the price you pay i think it could be better. And don’t expect to be given a Cot even though you select the option during booking. Travelling with a 7 month old for the first time is already stressful, no cot was provided and after asking pretty much everyday for one. It never arrived.

Location is very central, Hotel is nice… i like the coffee machines and we did get a very spacious room. Staff were nice

Would have liked a table in the room...but then discovered a picnic table by the pool and all was redeemed.

Everything exceeded my expectations. I booked this last minute and it was one of the few options left in Barcelona with a pool and within my budget. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The pool was much larger than I anticipated, the room was immaculate, and we loved the spacious communal areas, with nice touches such as a fridge with cold water, coffee maker, and microwave. The staff were fantastic. Cannot fault this place at all.

Very clean and comfortable room in great location. It was nice to have to pool to cool off in after a hot day exploring. Big thanks to Max at the reception who gave us a full run down of Barcelona when we arrived - it was very helpful!

The pool area is ideal for a city break, located just off the Rambler. Close to metro stations and has great pizza places a couple of doors away. Free hot drinks and water

BathRoom had broken shower, Rooms have terrible sound isolation, basically you hear everything what is happening on the floor, and how neighbour listens music, also room furniture had some damage

The a/c worked, but it was still a warm room. Using the blackout curtains helped, but I'm glad we could open the window in the evening.

The location was fabulous, the staff super helpful, and the room comfortable and quiet.

We purchased the breakfast 1 day and for the price the options wasn't great nor was the quality. But minus that no issues whatsoever

Fantastic staff, very accommodating, very polite and helpful, we travelled with a 7 month old and they provided us with a cot and kettle which helped us to make the bottles and sterilise them for the baby. The facilities are very clean.

The air conditioning didn't work. we let reception know the first day but they did nothing about it. we couldn't open the window because the hotel is located on a busy and loud street. the neighbors could easily see into our room. in the shower, there's only one hard soap for hair and body. no conditioners or lotions. we asked for an extra pillow and got it the next day. The breakfast is below average, packaged products and dry bread. it's also located underground with no natural lighting, very quiet and grim.

I liked the location and the size of the room and bathroom.

We booked a room with two adults and one child as the option provided by Priceline/Booking. But we were forced to take an extra room and shell out more than the cost of the original booking price! Why did Priceline/Booking reserved a room that is only for two adults, when I specifically mentioned two adults and one child? We had to spend an extra 750 Euros! The hotel staff were not at all considerate!

beautiful hotel, lovely staff who were extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and metro routes, great location. walkable to many areas and easy metro rides to others. quiet street. felt very safe walking at all hours.
