Only downside was in the morning I presume it was the cleaning when beds were moving across the floor it was very loud

Don’t take the separate beds, they were really annoying to push to the wall all the time and made noise (also heard it from the surrounding neighbours), tv settings were annoying too, every button push was “talked” back - i get that it was for accesibilty to everyone, but wish i could change it, also the language. But those are only little remarks and nothing too bad :)

The location was really good - like 2 minute walk to the big mall (foodcourt, merdadona, sephora, ikona museum, 360 viewpoint), bus and metrostops nearby, walking distance to the magic fountain of montjuic etc. Million food places around the hotel. Room was really clean and exactly like on the photos. Staff was helpful and friendly. You won’t hear any outside noise.

Almost all things about tge hotel were amazing. I like location, design, it was clean. Only one thing I don't like is that our check-in process was too long, lots of documents etc. And it's after I had online check-in at the hotel's website. So in general hotel is really good and I recommend itbut they need to promise somehow that check-in process. It's not my first time in Barcelona so it's not about local legislation.

I didn't like the fact that there was no wardrobe or basic necessities in the room.

The man was perfect, as was the cleanliness and the staff were friendly.

The floor was quite cold which is probably a pro in summer, but I had to ask for extra blankets to stay warm in March. The walls are on the thinner side.

I needed to work for a bit and, while there is a chair and table, they weren't really functional for working on a laptop for longer than a couple of minutes. also the room is relatively dimly lit

the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, everything is kept superclean. The location near Barcelona Sants and metro stations is great and there are plenty of options for a quick bite around the area. It is a bit further away from the city centre, but not too far to walk. Staff is helpful and friendly. I extended my stay at the last minute and this was possible. The breakfast offer quite a bit of choice (a lot more for non-vegetarians) and is pretty good.

The only thing I wasn't happy about, was the walls. It was very thin and I could hear other people. However, the place was quite quiet and it didn't disturb too much.

The place is amazing. Perfect room and a great bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpfull.

There was no chair in the room. I would have liked a chair so I didn't have to sit on the bed. Also it was noisy as I could here furniture being dragged across the floor of a neighbouring room in the early morning. Maybe an insulator on the legs of the furniture would eliminate this issue.

It feels like the hotel has been recently renovated and is very stylish overall, but at the same time it feels like the works are not over, and has a bit of an ‘empty’ feel to it

The only minus- there was no kettle in the room and I was craving a cup of tea after all day walking and sightseeing.. kettle could be easily placed behind the mirror-on top of the mini fridge..

Amazing hotel, rooms newly renovated and I loved the style. Traveled with two kids 13 and 11 and the location was just great. Opposite the shopping centre, Mercadona shop in the shopping centre, metro across the street L3 and L1 lines, you literally get to most places while using those two lines. Buses to and from the airport literally 3 mins walk. KFC 5mins walk. Más Que Sushi 7mins walk- really worth visiting! Eat as much as u can. Loved it..

Location is the best, next to an historic building with good stores, close to Aerobús stop and sants estacio. Room has good distribution, comfy beds, lovely balcony, good illumination; reception 24hours, you can safe your luggage after check out

Slightly better option of pillows (would have been useful to have different options in the room or at reception) but they only had 1 extra one available in the reception.

The room and bathroom were so clean and exactly as pictured. The balcony was easy to access and despite the cold (in December) the windows had really good light shining in. The staff were friendly and nice. We checked in pretty late and I liked that there was someone available right away rather than someone inside or off their desk for an extended period of time.
