Very different way of stay. Great experience and easy. Capsules are not well soundproof; I had no problems, but you can definitely hear everything. Staff was great when I arrived close to midnight.

My critique of the facility is based on my own perspective as a frequent traveler and as a health professional. Here is a list of things I truly disliked: 1. The capsules were too “cramped,” or within close proximity to each other (major public health risk). To make matters worse, masks were not required in neutral areas. 2. There was poor ventilation within the capsules, not comparable to the capsules in Japan at all. The capsules did not have air-conditioning 3. There was also limited ventilation in neutral areas. 4. There was limited storage space. Lockers were provided, but there was no area for guests to open luggage or store personal items. Privacy was compromised in so many levels. 5. The kitchen area only had a few reusable utensils, plates, cups and glassware - shared by ALL of the guests! 6. There was also false advertising as far as having a seating area (also referring to the dinette in the kitchen area), a single TV that was not readily accessible to the guests. Each guest is provided a small towel during check-in. 7. The capsules were not “sound-proofed” as advertised. Overall, my experience was poor! I had to prematurely check out and booked elsewhere during the remainder of my stay in Madrid because I was uncomfortable, sleep-deprived, disappointed, and paranoid! Plus, it is not worth the money because they have a NO cancellation policy. I felt cheated….

Manuela is a ray if sunshine and is the most lovely person ever. She knows everyone who comes on a first name basis especially if you're someone travelling alone like me. She makes such an effort to make the stay the B E S T. The beds are super comfortable too and it's very tranquil and quiet in the pods. I would 1000% stay again if i'm in madrid and would stay if I find the same hostel somewhere else as well. Honestly the most relaxed I've been in my 4 months of solo travel and definitely the best I've been looked after. Manuela also offered to iron my t shirt (backpacking is hard to keep clothes looking nice) which I was so excited and greatful for as i had a big day of travelling ahead, which she didn't know about but she still wanted me to feel and look my best. Appreciate this hostel a lot. And appreciate Manuela even more. Thank you !!!!

Really lovely idea, you feel safe and very comfortable in the capsules. They also give you a locker for your stuff and a laptop table to use inside the capsule. Excellent location, the place is clean and the staff was lovely!

Not safe in terms of possible Covid-19 spread! the capsules are not comfortable! very poor air-conditioning, which was not conducive to sleeping! there was not enough common area space

Wow wow wow!!! Amazing place! It’s new, cleanest of the clean, stylish, unusual. No claustrophobic worries, the capsules are spacious, you can sit. Also for people like me who needs fresh air - you can keep the capsule door open. Inside the capsule there’s a mirror, various lights, air conditioning, sockets, a shelf, towels provided. Snacks, coffee and soda for small money, kitchen with microwave and fridge, filtered water; hair dryer, iron. Air conditioning is awesome - it was +39 at the street, so we were happy to return to the comfortable coolness of the hostel. There were shelves and hooks everywhere you need them. The hostel has 4 showers - 2 for men and 2 for women, restrooms are also separate. We’ve noticed at least one capsule marked as accessible but I think the most of the lower capsules are such. Showers and restrooms are crazy clean - white and shining! Staff is charming, ready to help. Atocha station just a few minutes away, you can get anywhere from there. Food shops and cafes around, a block away there’s a laundromat place. This is absolutely unique place, highly recommend!

50€!!! luggage storage is incredibly expensiv! they do not mention the price on website or on booking, so obvious scam. they charged us for 2 hour storage after checkout in an open room 50€ (!) for our suitcased. Staff dont care about customers satisfaction, only about scam you with extra prices. Same for water, etc.

You can use a bathroom for yourself.

I absolutely loved staying in this hostel! The location is fantastic, since it's near a major train station and several museums and park. The futuristic capsule beds made me feel warm and safe, almost like I was an astronaut in outer space. You can control the colors of the lights inside the capsule, as well as the airflow, etc. You need to use your key card to unlock your bed and locker, which is pretty neat. The entire property is cleaned very frequently. The bathrooms are very clean and the shower water pressure is good. The staff is super nice and welcoming, too.

Very clean, modern facilities. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, especially the woman who first checked me in. It’s also very close to the Atocha main hub train station for travel. The pods provided the perfect balance of privacy with the economy of a hostel.

Surprisingly capsula was very bad in terms of sound proof. I could hear every other person moving, snoring, people coming in and out. And all 24 capsulas are in the same room, so it was quite noisy. Another issue was that there is little common space - just 1 big table with 6 chairs. Not too much for 24 people (max capacity of the hostel).

Capsule really makes you feel privacy. Common facilities such as bathrooms and showers were very clean. Location is super top, close to Atocha and Delicias stations, easy access to metro. Each bed has also a locker that comes with it for free. The locker can be accessed with hostel card, no need to bring your own lock. Inside the capsule there is 1 normal socket and 2 USB sockets, so I could charge all my gadgets.

the advert said the accommodations was 55m3. the pods are less than half that. do not stay here if you are claustrophobic. the directions to the hotel are also incorrect. i couldn’t find the address in your email. i ended up phoning the hotel and then catching a taxi.

Fantastic location and facilities, Daisy looked after a space ship full of Scotsmen before we progressed to Sevilla for the final. Could not have asked for anything better.
