Very small things: The cleaners in the room were variable, still exceptional, but some went beyond the call of duty. Finding which light did what was interesting. Finally opening the shutters around the nets was troublesome.

Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was very yummy with a wide selection of buffet choice. There concierge Irene was superb in recommendations and advice. The spa was great and the massages and facials were one of the best I have ever had. She was really great in finding the problem areas. The beds and pillows were scrummy, and the sheets so silky.

My only niggle was the AC wasn’t cooling the bedroom enough. In the end we switched it off (as it was more heating than cooling) and opened the window at night.

Central location, very good amenities. Bedroom 5 was lovely, roomy and high quality. Bathroom high spec. Flowers asked beforehand to be in room were perfect. Breakfast was extremely pleasant surroundings, great food and service very prompt and attentive. Hotel bar was excellent and staff were very attentive and helpful Front desk and concierge were excellent. Booking for a guided tour of Alhmbrah done through concierge was superb. I also celebrated my 60th birthday whilst at the hotel and was given champagne and cake. Overall a superb stay and would happily use the hotel again and recommend to other guests.

We loved this hotel.

The hotel was exceptional in every way. The stuff went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience ever. Cora, Francisco, Jorge are such pleasent people to deal with, always smiling and very helpful. Fantastic breakfast, great atmosphere. This hotel is better than other 5 star hotels we went to.

A little expensive however the whole experience worth the price.

Great location. The hotel is a beautiful historical building with top roof full of sunshine and view to the cathedral dome. Staff is friendly and helpful, always with smiles. Breakfast is great. We live in the Narcism room, which has delicate ceilings decorated by cherubic fresco and moisac woonden floor, cozy, spacious. Guests can select the room fragrance featured by flowers. One of the staff can even speak a little Mandarin :)

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious but the best part is the lovely staff and their amazing hospitality. They gave me a very sweet parting gift to keep a little bit of the hotel with me.

It’s a beautiful building. An old bank with some original features. Great location just minutes walk from cathedral and the streets behind are full of tapas bars and restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace is a must ….

It was an awesome stay. Everything was very good: very comfortable room, bathroom is amazing (well equiped, excellent shower and bathtub), staff is always taking care of you, breakfast is very good, gym is very well equiped, spa is very good as well. Location couldn't be better. And the whole building and facilities are so beautiful.

It was quite pricey, but they did deliver the quality. The other thing was that the road to the hotel was closed for a parade when I arrived. The hotel did message me about this through booking, but the way it was done, I would have had to read down 3 pages of text to actually figure this out. My arrival was substantially delayed and probably could have been avoided.

An absolutely stunning hotel in all regards. From the exceptional service from the team - reception, concierge, wait staff, to the delicious breakfasts. The hamman is a must as is a relaxing drink on the rooftop. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Plus the hotel is located centrally so u can walk everywhere.
